I am under the impression that the group of scientists that made this second Mewtwo was Team Plasma or Team Plasma adjacent.

Their voice echoed out with such command, they were not asking. This was not somewhere that a person simply passed through! This was more than that, they were sure. Because I can. This mewtwo isn’t a shiny, necessarily…but they aren’t the same as the original mewtwo in hue. In addition, some of their features have also been adjusted and changed.

This mewtwo is far younger, and about an inch or so shorter than Team Rocket’s mewtwo. This being said...their more volatile state has resulted in full control of mega evolution. This is partially due to the experiments leading to it’s creation pumping it wild with energy emitted when using mega evolution. This has also caused this mewtwo to be a lot more emotional, sensitive, even empathetic. They see this as a flaw in their design, partially from the words repeated by the scientists whilst they were still in a stasis. For that reason, they have forced them-self to be emotionless, at least have attempted it. They condense their own mind so that they may only be the weapon when required...or the leader.
