It occured to me that Scanlan never had blue eyes in campaign.

And so I decided to draw him as canonical as possible vs my fanon design. And wow. Who is that guy?

But it got me thinking. I got into Critical Role through TLOVM so I have drawn him with blue eyes since the beginning but.... Brown eyes just make more sense. All the original official art depicts him with brown eyes and of course Sam Riegel has brown eyes. And gotta be honest. @tameila 's brown eyes propaganda got to me. (Those lovely edits!!!!)

And he would have such Gorgeous brown eyes. But I've gotten so used to the show's blue. Ugh. I'm so conflicted.

Help! Which do you prefer?

OKKK hiii I really and I mean really didn't wanna spam you too much sooo I didn't rb all your posts BUT your art is fantastic and I adore the way you adore scanlan!!! I am sooo fond of the way you draw him it's so clear you get it and I mean truly get!!! Your art is so good and it's so accurate to all the characters!! I am obsessed!!! I cannot see what else you draw!!! I am sleep deprived as all hell but my eyes are cartoonishly popping out of their sockets with hearts in them I love it so much and I would love soo much to hear and see more of your thoughts on scanlan!!! If you write fics I'd love to read them and if you ever want a buddy I'd adore it if you sent me HCs and such!!! Judging off your art I think you'd have like. I am not a 'words' person, I'm not a writer and I find it so hard to even put into words my thoughts, so what I do is draw! So I don't really have headcanons to share, not in a meaningful, coherent way. (Lot's of garbled ideas and feelings in my mind, but nothing translatable to any language). That said, I would love to hear your heacanons! And your fave fanfics and art and everyhting!
