When did the balls stop/drop awarding trophies? You hardly see it anymore ☹️

Some balls still do it. I’m not sure when they stop but it definitely slowed down. Ballroom is also a business now. So it’s more about the money than it is a trophy. The girls literally walk for the cash prizes. They don’t do it for fun no more.
