Stay grounded on the path of least resistance to whatever is happening in your life (with total acceptance to what is). You are exactly where you need to be.
Recognize that you are not your thoughts, emotions or physical body; you are the unchanging observer of them. Do not allow your emotions to overpower your intelligence or you will be in a dis-regulated state.
You do not have to give your power away to every thought or emotion that appears (that will bring you unnecessary stress, distractions and suffering). Observe your thoughts and experiences without getting lost in them.
Stop being at the mercy of old, negative thought-patterns; do not allow thoughts to manipulate you and divert your attention from the present moment. Do not fight and/or defend beliefs that are false; alchemize transmute them in the light of presence. Quiet your monkey mind so you can tap into the creative field of limitless possibilities.
Always look at negative thoughts from an optimistic framework (take a third person view of yourself). You cannot lose from having an higher, detached perspective. Cultivate an empowering mindset by understanding that “love is letting go of fear”.
