Sorry to be that person, but why did you remove all of your posts? Hope you're doing well!! 🤍
Hi! I know I've been gone super long, and I'll explain why I was gone under the "Keep Reading" (because there are a lot of trigger warnings) just to explain to all of my mutuals who are wondering as well as anyone who still follows me.
Long story short, I fell into a very deep depression after my grandpa, who was more like a father to me, in late January of last year. I've been clinically diagnosed since I was 13, but it got even worse. It was to the point I had to take medical leave from my new job, which was putting me at risk of being fired seeing as I had just gotten the position.
I had admitted myself into a psych ward because I knew I was a danger to myself. I cut off all contact from everyone, my family members, all of my IRL friends, as well as mutuals. I finally was feeling better and was less of a danger to myself mid-March, and left at the beginning of April last year.
Since then, I've been working diligently on re-kindling my relationships with family and friends, and took a big step back from tumblr and posting anything about skz seeing as it drew me back into a dark time. I started writing as an outlet, and when I reflected back on my work after signing back into my tumblr, I wanted to forget all of it. Thankfully, I have worked on myself to realize it's a sign of strength rather than a weakness, and will slowly start posting my work again.
I don't believe I will start writing again because I no longer feel the urge to. I also don't want my old writing to reflect me what so ever, but I still get messages asking me to repost my fics and even part 2s. Meaning I might start reposting and I might work on new fics in the near future. It all truly depends...
I want to apologize to my mutuals like @quokkawritesarchivee that I completely cut contact with, with no explanation. I was just going through an extremely rough time in my life and did not want to drag anyone else down with me. I have always been the type of person to shy away from asking for help, and the type who's been in fear of burdening others.
