Power is a Devil who manifested in the corpse of a girl, becoming a Fiend. This limits her abilities a bit more than if she had manifested as a full Devil, but that doesn't make her any less fearsome!

Power and her cat, Meowy, are here to become a Star herself! Take over the island! Make all humans fear her!

Blood bags, beware! The grand emperor of blood is here! She can't steal your blood, but she'll use hers to attack you, and maybe ask for a sippy!

Should have expected that. Octavo yelps as his hand is bitten, yanking it back so she's able to scramble away from him. In another puff of purple smoke, he teleports, reappearing outside the mall. Perhaps he'd catch her on the way out.

"Blood Devil, honestly," he grumbles. "Some devil you are, can't even steal a bracelet without making an entire scene of it." Reaching into his pocket, he finds he still has the bracelet with him. At least it wasn't all for nothing.

She's running, but since she's not teleporting, she's bounding on all fours, security hot on her heels. She seems happy about it, all things considered, and full of energy.

Scrambling up onto a car, she points to the security guards.

"Heed me, soldiers! You'll never catch me or my bard. We'll disappear into the night!" She turns, bounding off the car.

"Run for it bard! Run!"

“Oh, you’re campaigning?” The pink-haired young woman asks as she looks up at the other. Interesting. Vivi didn’t think there were offices to run for here.

”Well, then, I don’t mind helping you with an interview!” She says with a polite smile. “After all, better to learn about who you’re campaigning to.”

"Yup! I'm gonna become the island president, and then everyone will worship me, and also I'll be able to tell the Stars what to do, like 'bring me more buckets of blood'!"

So, word about her was getting around. Good, good. While it's not fear, or making her stronger, she can turn it into fear later. After all, they'll love her so much that they'll be scared of her!

"So, ask me the questions you need to! I'll be gracious and answer them!"

HE HAD NOTICED HER FOR SOME TIME NOW. it was, admittedly, a fascinating sight to behold, determination oozing from the young girl, several years older than klee, as she attempts to get hold of a book far up on a high shelf. and subsequently fails with every trick she can pull from her mind. no matter her process, nothing quite seems to reach to where she must get to, with her latest being that of a shorter step ladder, putting her just shy of the material she was reaching toward.

of course, the knight doesn't exactly move from where he watches, chin resting upon knuckles with a curious, little smile. until she notices him, that is, a playfully surprised look coloring his features as if he hadn't expected to get caught. ❝ Oh? Why, you finally noticed me over here, ❞ he chimes, one finger tapping on a book in front of him in that very moment, as if subtly signaling he knew her end goal.

After grabbing the shorter stepladder, she still is too short to reach. Not entirely the shortest person she knows, but certainly not the tallest.

And definitely not the tallest. And also...

"T...tis naught but a farce, a game," she was trying to be quiet about it, the Library Devil had already been yelling at her, but...

The book with the red golden letters HELL: A THEORY was just out of her reach. But now that this really smug dude with an eyepatch was antagonizing her, she slapped her cheeks, looked up at the book...

And started to scale the bookshelf one shelf at a time. Her hands graze the spine of the book, she can feel the indented letters, and-

The shelf she's putting her weight on splits, and she falls down, books raining down on her, but...

Clutched in her hand, she pops up, looking at Eyepatch Guy. "See!? Victory! Ahahahahah!"

They had gotten things established quite well when all trace of Power had suddenly vanished from the condo. Lily's natural conclusion was her stay was a brief one, as the Stars seemed rather fickle in some cases. yet that belief was shattered by the bellow of a familiar voice charging from the other's vantage point. Nothing unexpected, but it had still taken the Servant by surprise — not least because she hadn't anticipated seeing Power any time soon.

"—I'm sorry. I didn't let them move you, however — there's nothing anyone can do to stop them when they've got something in mind, no matter how much we want". Were it possible, there were plenty of faces she'd have fought to keep around, so many hardships she'd rather prevent. "where are you and this guy living? I could give him the lists I wrote up with your demands and give him the rundown to help you get used to each other".

"No! It's not fair, apology not accepted, Flower!" She runs up and clings herself to the blonde, shaking her . "I dunno where I live! It's somewhere different, and that guy's a total weirdo! Meowy hates it there, 'cause you're supposed to be there to keep us comfortable!"

She seems far more upset about this rather than just being moved. Face crumpling, she shakes her head.

"Stupid Flower, just like stupid Denji and stupid Aki."

honestly, it’s so random, so spontaneous a reaction, that Chara can do nothing but blink for a moment. They look up at her, at her proud face —

Before they snicker, quickly covering their mouth. Don’t be rude, Chara.

“ah — well — I am not sure where the magic trick was, heh. . .”

"It was, it was, because you see, 'tis magic due to the flower," she holds it up, half its petals falling off, the other half drooping with drool.

"Tis alive! Tis for you! It's your fault! It's your flower!" She holds it out to them, shaking it at them, "Apologize now!"

★ --;; It's not uncommon for Vash to wander when he's got a lot to think about; hell, he'd been doing it for over a century and a half at this point. Keeping his feet moving helped him along-- whether that be with processing or avoiding was up for debate. Cool night air tends to do wonders for either one.

So when there's a sudden voice jolting him out of his empty stare out into the streetlamp-lit park Vash jolts with a yelp, just barely keeping his hold on the bars. As the girl quickly clambers up the bars next to him, his ankles wrap more firmly around their own bar.

"It's already mostly there!" Vash laughs, plastering a smile on his face as he laughs. "You wouldn't have to do all that much. Didn't know we were in a competition, though. Don't it seem a bit unfair to have an advantage like that?"

"Tis only because I am already at an advantage for being me!" She flips herself upside down, arms dangling as she grins, teeth sharp. She won't need to knock him off to win, she just has to concentrate.

"I'll win because I'm me!" She focuses on his head, pointing as she concentrates.

"Hnnngh..."

"...Aaargh!"

"Hyaaaaaah---" She tries using her voice to charge up. The blood was rushing to her head now!

"It's not working?!"

"Hey question: What's your opinion on deviled eggs and devil food cake?"
