Many years ago I had this beautiful dream. It was so ethereal with the light blue sky and the shimmering colors. There were little creatures of white about 2 feet tall floating happily in the sky. They wanted to play. A light rain began to fall, touching the beautiful creatures. Quickly they changed. The sky darkened. Their eyes and parts of their body turned red with anger and they began to attack anything near them. I awoke and had no clue what these things were but it was intense. Later a friend told me they were called changelings. I've called them this ever since. Apparently they don't like water.
