whoops time for another ff headcanon dump, this time for this lil sock hat boi

he’s one of the only kids in the cul-de-sac taking the fusion invasion seriously (eddy sees the invasion as an excuse to make profit and ed is… well, down at mount blackhead)
he’s the only ed that dexter can tolerate (keyword: tolerate)
dexter forbade him from bringing ed and eddy with him whenever he visits dexlabs (the latter two are banned from dexlabs for life after causing dee dee-level destruction to his lab once)
double dee spends the daytime hours looking after the cul-de-sac and/or being with the other eds. as such, he usually goes to dexlabs during the evening or night hours
he’s one of the smartest people in the main group. his intelligence is on par with blossom as both are insanely smart (tho not as smart as dexter)
he’s bisexual and in a relationship with dexter
he’s transmasc. he plans to undergo top surgery when he reaches 18
he’s physically the weakest member of the main group. as such he doesn’t fight fusions head-on like the rest of the group does. he’ll stay behind and provide intel to the others via nanocom
he has ocd, generalized anxiety disorder and level 1 autism
he’s quite prone to panic attacks. when this happens, usually dexter or blossom will try to calm him down
he’ll sometimes clean dexter’s ENTIRE lab without even being asked. dexter is usually thankful but also feels bad when he sees edd had collapsed from exhaustion in a chair from all the cleaning (he’ll tuck edd into his bed to rest)
he’s a really good cook, having learned how to cook using one of his mom’s recipe books. he tends to impress dexter and the others with his impeccable culinary skills
he’s one of the top performing students at peach creek high (he’s 16 years old here)
he’s got a knack for creatures that many would consider gross or scary like spiders (and insects in general), snakes and mice
he’s one of the only group members who doesn’t swear
if a cockroach were to appear, he’s the ONLY one who doesn’t freak out. he’ll do the cup and paper trick to set it outside
he interacts with ben and buttercup the least, usually do to having nothing in common with those two
he’s the oldest member of the group and one of the more responsible members
