You know what sucks about this whole thing? A lot of us have distanced ourselves from him. Others have even left the fandom completely. Isn’t that fucking sad. & I don’t wanna hear anyone say “YoU gUyS dId It To YoUrSeLvEs YoU’rE sO nEgAtIvE” bc no we didn’t. I miss Shawn so much, this Shawn that we’ve ‘seen’ the last few months is not the same one we had towards the beginning of summer. I feel so disconnected from him, not that I was much in the first place, but like idk there’s something different. It feels like there’s something in between Shawn & us. I don’t feel the same way I used to about him & it’s all bc of this stupid situation that’s happening. Every day it gets messier & messier idc what anyone says. Whether you believe it or not you can’t tell me that it’s not messy. There are so many things still up in the air that I think we deserve answers to bc ,well, it’s constantly being shoved in our faces & down our throats. & no I can’t ignore it bc I can’t even go on my personal social media without seeing SOMETHING about them or the situation. I don’t even follow fan accounts on my personal twitter & insta & I still see this shit everywhere.

I was fine with ignoring it at first bc it didn’t affect me. Him being in a ‘relationship’ didn’t make me sad bc I knew it would happen at some point. But now it’s affecting me in a different way. I didn’t think it would happen with this person & that things would turn out like this, ya know. It’s ruining the way I see Shawn & it’s tainting my view of his character. I think he’s better than this but he’s not proving me right. It sucks that we’re always gonna get vague answers. I want to feel excited about him & the things he does the same way I did back towards the beginning of the year. Now I just feel meh about him. It hurts my heart bc he was such a staple piece in my life & having it all be ruined by what seems to be a pr stunt is annoying. I’m sad bc I can’t believe that it was something as stupid as this that caused me to lose most if my respect for him.

We all pictured this month to be so different. It was supposed to be about Shawn & us. About how excited we are for him & proud we are. But look at what it is instead. It’s hard to not focus on anything but that bc, like I said, it’s always being shoved down our throats. I’m tired of the pap pics & saliva being swapped.
