When I saw this gif on my dashboard, I knew I had to make it vashwood flavoured

Solds some prints at doujima over the weekend and this was drawn for a freebie! There were a lot of Trigun merch for sale and I couldn't resist. My wallet might be empty, but my serotonin levels are full.

Bouquet Toss.

I've been rotating vashwood hanahaki in my head and finally managed to work on it.

I was imagining a scenario where one's hanahaki would cease if the person is dying. And Wolfwood knows by now who Vash's flowers are for. But he can't reciprocate because it's going to saddle Vash with even more guilt. So it's just angsty all around while vash coughs up the remaining flowers while ww is trying to comfort him with his remaining time. Also my eyes are So Open with wedding imagery of that scene that I imagined this to be like a bouquet toss.

Just wanted to indulge in painting something creepy inspired by that giant plant figure in ep 12. 🌱 Image ID under the read more:
