Meet the Staff of Charm Office !
Charm Office is the hero agency headed by Naesanao Kaganaeru, aka Rakki. The agency was founded using the old building of the now-retired Madame Butterfly (her mom).
Each of the active heroes must take one of six available 4-hour patrol shifts and work 6 days of the week. Two of the slots in a day will always be taken up by more junior sidekicks in squads of three or four (note: ever since Naomi's ascent to Number 3, she's gained a LOT of new sidekicks).
Aside from the 4 hour shift, all heroes who perform patrols must also complete 2 hours of deskwork (mostly patrol filing and report making) on the days they come in. Thus, more or less, everyone has a 35-hour work week and a standard day off. Many find this intimidating but the decrease in Villains in recent years has made these patrols easier on those on duty.
Alias: Takahara Rina 高原吏那

Appearance: Rina has tan skin, green eyes, red glasses, copper hair, high cheekbones, and is a very tall woman (5'9"). Many say she seems like a model at first glance.
Rina comes from the southwest of Japan and moved north to attend UA. As an alumni of UA's business course, she is the backbone of the logistics and finance department of Charm Office and decided to work with Naomi after seeing the notice for needing a secretary. She was one of Charm Office's first employees and is seen as a big sister by all, including Naomi herself. Even without a quirk, she is one of the office's most important members.

── .✦ Sumikoi = a combination of the words 'sumi' 墨 (ink) and 'koi' 鯉 (carp aka koi fish), referencing her quirk and her fish tattoos
Inkinesis — Suzuri is able to manipulate all ink they come into contact with, including changing it's properties (viscosity, hardness). This includes tattoos, or even ink stains on a shirt. However, the manipulation of this quirk is not precise enough for applications such as writing. The strength of the quirk is directly proportional to the amount of ink available to the user.
Appearance: Suzuri is covered in koi fish tattoos (koi fish) and has short pastel purple hair. She loves wearing the color yellow, including the yellow jacket in her hero costume.
Suzuri principally deals with external coordination at Charm Office, acting as the point person for any heroes looking to work together with Charm. She frequently works with the heroes inside Charm to organize patrol sessions and training. Like Takahara, she's also been at Charm Office since its founding.

Alias: Tsunotori Pony 角取ポニー

Horn Cannon — Pony's has a pair of horns on her head. She can launch her horns as projectiles, and a new set will grow back almost immediately. She can remotely control up to four of them at a time
Pony is one of the main sidekicks at the agency and one of Naomi's closest friends. They've been working together since their U.A. days, stumbling through after-school Japanese lessons (Naomi was more advanced but her reading and writing skills were still lacking). She takes the morning patrol shift most of the time. She works with Suzuri as part of the relations department, often using her naturally personable social abilities to put the agency's best collaborative foot (or hoof!) forward.

Size — Yui has the ability to alter the size of any inanimate object that she touches. She can return objects to their original size by pressing her fingertips together
Yui is another of the main sidekicks and works with Rina in logistics. Her naturally cool and calm nature has earned her a reputation for being stoic. She dislikes press more than any other hero at the agency and voluntarily jumps at the chance to take the late night shift.

Alias: Yabuhana Moka 破花萌花

── .✦ Moka Puff = Moka's name means 'flowers' and adds puff since her flowers resemble dandelion puffs. It loosely would translate to 'blooming flower puff'
Dandelion Bombs — Moka has specialized hair follicles on her scalp that grow flowers that can detach from their stems and become explosive bombs filled with pollen that has different effects depending on what flowers she produces.
Moka is a newer promotion to the upper management of the agency, taking over as the PR head from Naomi's hands. Unlike Suzuri, she doesn't usually deal with fellow heroes but is more focused on communicating with the public and especially the press. Her minor in Journalism is also a big help in managing the agency's reputation.
