Hello

I was gonna say once again, "Hey, I'm okay, I'm not dead," but honestly... staying alive has been a bit of a challenge these past few days.

I don't know where you live, but here in France, in case you haven't heard, we're dealing with some seriously brutal heat. It's 95°F (35°C) inside my apartment, and it doesn't cool down, even at night. Outside, temperatures have reached 111°F (44°C), and it's not even July yet. We're just not used to this kind of weather, and we're definitely not prepared for it.

I'll get back to drawing once my equipment stops overheating. In the meantime, I'm working on a Fallout-related project, which I'm really excited about! And I haven't forgotten the two questions people asked me. I'll be back with answers soon.

I really love your Hancock art. I’m getting back into drawing, and I’d never trace, but would it be okay if I used your style as inspiration while I work out my own take on him? I’ll make sure it’s not too close to anyone elses styles. I have a deep rooted respect for my fellow artists. I just need some inspiration and detail references for a board I’m putting together with game screenshots and art I have permission to use from my favourite Hancock artists so I can figure out my own way of drawing him in my own style.

Hey, I’m still alive! Got way too much stuff going on to draw in peace, but these characters are living rent-free in my head, I really need to get back to it! I’m coming back, and soon!

Hancock didn’t like it when Ash chose to save the quantum radstag, but Ash loves collecting every weird creature they come across—Hancock should know that by now. Luckily, Ash also knows what Hancock likes.

Fun fact about Ash and Hancock’s dynamic: Hancock’s body temperature runs higher than that of a non-irradiated human. No idea if that’s true for all ghouls, but Hancock definitely isn’t your average one. Because of that, Ash, who gets really cold during remission periods, likes to keep their living space heater close at night so they can sleep better and recover faster.
