I had my first encounter with the 'George Russell hate is misogynistic' thing. Like sure using 'feminine language' to denigrate men is an example of misogyny. Absolutely. But this person went on to say it's all Max fans and Max's fault himself because he is 'blunt and honest' and he should really speak on it. Ok. Should George speak on fans basically saying Max is murderous after his direct comments that implied that? And hey do I think there is too much George hate? Yeah. I do. Hell, I don't even know if I have a point here. I just can't with that argument because if you want to attack misogyny in F1 you best be spending your energy supporting Dorianne Pin, Jamie Chadwick, Abbi Pulling, etc not George Russell. He already has a seat y'all. And hey if you see someone use a feminine you have every right to call it out.

only for Toto to waffle some bullshit like “we all make mistakes sometimes” or “George knows the team backs him 100%” or “all of the Mercedes engines are struggling” or “these regulations just don’t suit every driver’s style” or “we are always trying to do better” or “last race we failed Kimi” …..

it’s just this complete and utter refusal to acknowledge that George’s car has an issue that is directly causing him to be slower than Kimi, and the refusal to take accountability for that, COUPLED WITH his immediate rolling over and apologising as soon as something goes wrong for Kimi that’s just really pissing me off
