EVENT DESCRIPTIONS

Fall Fest Costume party! OCT 9

Grab costume and lets get your party on! Glassmount annual Fall Fest is happening! Food, drinks, games and rides! Make sure to draw your character in a costume for this cause I will be doing another group picture! (Its not required but its more fun right?)

The Haunting OCT 16

Got a cryptic? Got a teen or young adult that likes to be scared? Well do I have the event for you! Thank Bones for this one! Sign up for either a Haunter or a Haunted! The Haunted group will show up at Arcane island to explore an ‘abandoned’ castle. What they don’t know is the Haunter group is already there and ready to scare!

-Must have a cryptic application filled out if you are wanting to be apart of the Haunter group

-Must sign up before the 16th

HELLO ALL!!!

Good news! We have updated the Glassmount map to be 4 times as large as before! This means more chat rooms for roleplaying and more location based events. I’m still tweaking a few things and getting some things in order but as it stands the new chat rooms are good to be used! Hopefully this will combat the fact we have a lot of members and not enough places to RP.

I've been hoping to look for a Discord group outside of the one I regularly frequent, and this looks up my alley, but I have a few questions: 1. Is this still open for newcomers 2. What are the standards for the character portrait part of the character form? 3. How would I join if I am interested?

Hey there!! Thank you for taking interest in our group! I’ll answer your questions in the order you asked them1) yes! We are still open for newcomers and don’t really have a limit quite yet of how many people can join.2) there are no standards for the character portrait on the character sheet. We have lots of members with varying styles and experience as far as art goes so we are very loose on the subject mater. 3) if your interested in joining (which I hope you still are by the end of this) all you have to do is follow this link and read the rules in the Rules channel https://discord.gg/Dme2ucgHope this helped out! FIRST RP EVENT!

Hello all!! Announcing are very first ever event for our group!!

Drum roll please!

ITS A TALLENT SHOW!!

That’s right! I’m opening up a temporary Chatroom on August 18th that will run until august 19th for everyone to show off any hidden talents your character might have. It will be happening in a Bar called LeftBank bar and grill.

Sound like fun? It gets better!! Anyone to shows up and participates will get in a group picture I will be drawling! Just make sure you have a character sheet already filled out so I have a reference.

I cant wait to see what you guys bring to the table~ see ya then!

1)your act can be ANYTHING as long as its sfw. No strip shows please

A BREIFE GUILD TO MAGIC TYPES

Here is a quick start up guild to the magic used in ‘Glassmount’s insitute of the Arcane’ read up on it if your looking to join the more advance RP sessions

DEFENSE

defense magic is usually created in the form a sheild. can be cast on one self or on other people. defense magic is also used for citidales to enforce the walls and overall defenses. offten it comes in a shade of light blue but more powerful defense magice comes in darker shades.

ATTACK

attack magic is usually in a coloration of red the more powerful attacks come in the darker shades of red. it had a very broad spectrum but most of the time attack magic is in the form of progectiles or fire. many attack spells require you to use creation magic to create something like ice rock or light to hurl towards your opponent.

CREATION

creation magic allows you to use a great amount of your stored energy to creat simple elements or objects. usually it's in the form of usufule things like rocks ice or if you are in a sticky situation stairs or a ladder. it however requires a tremendous amount of energy and is only practiced by the most advanced wizards and casters. tends to come in the Color of purple.

MANIPULATION

manipulation is about illustion and decption. used to confuse the enemy or make them believe something is there that is not. it dose not take a lot of energy to cast manipulation magic but people who are high cast weilders are less likely to fall for it. always has an orange hint to the illustions.

POTION CREATION

anyone can make potions. even people who are not magical sensitive as long as you have the right ingredients. potions however made by magic weilders can be enchanted to be made more potent. potions range in uses from healing to love to magic enhancers. potions come in all colors of the rainbow.

ENCHANTMENT

enchtment is a way to make normal objects or potions and even clothing more useful. only magic weilders can enchant things but anyone even magically unsensitve people can use them.

ENTRAPTION

entraption magic is used to create traps or boundaries with magic. they can be anything from a simple snare to an electronic fence. sometimes entraption magic is even used to hunt down magical users and weilders that are wanted. usually in the color of Yellow and the more powerful ones are orangish

HEALING

Magic that helps the user heal wounds on themselves or another person. It can be used to heal interla or external wouldn’t and the truly powerful healers can heal diseases. Comes in the color of light green.

Hello and welcome to Object Head Fantasy RP group! There is a little of something for everyone here. We have a Discord Chat room so make sure to ask how to join. Here we post maps, events, art, and announcements for the group. Let me tell you how it works here and then you can pop on over to the rules. After you do those two things you can go ahead and get started.

There are three levels of RPing here:

There is Cup o’ joes Cofffee shack which is the most casual of play styles. It allows users to pop in and out as they please, have casual conversations and role plays over a cup of coffee. This fits the lifestyle of someone who is very busy but still loves to get some character interactions in for the day.

Then there is the City of Glassmount which is a more regular based play style. It allows people to have deeper and longer RPs with familiar characters and allows friendship to grow or allows longer story telling. Perfect for someone how has some spare time on their hand and loves slice of life interactions.

And Lastly there is Glassmount Institute of the Arcane which has the most in-depth and the most hardcore of play styles. It requires you to fill out a character sheet first off and once that has been approved by an Admin you will be enrolled into the school! Here you will learn magic, complete quest, solve mysteries and most importantly experience in depth character interactions. Perfect for those who like to spend extended periods of time RPing and enjoy a good quest. (This one is not quite open yet I’m still working on a few things but feel free to ask about it)

Pick any one that fits your play style! But make sure to head on over to the rules first before doing anything. Happy RPing!~

RULES

Yeah we got to have em. Make sure to read these before you get started. I also want to state ahead of time this is a lgbtq+ safe space and we welcome all people.

NO HARASSMENT OF ANY KIND

I do not take kindly to harassment especially if you are being homophobic, transphobic, racist or sexist. You get ONE warning, if you continue to harass or it has come to my attention that you have broken this rule after your first warning YOU WILL BE KICKED

NO SPAMMING

please just don’t flood an RP chat with the same meme over and over again till someone notices it. You will get three warning on this one before action will be taken.

SAFE FOR WORK ONLY

Nothing wrong with some sexy time Rps, just not here. I want this to be be for a general audience so anyone of any age can have a good time without having to worry about seeing something they shouldn’t. I don’t want to discourage relationships between characters though! Feel free to meet new people and even have your characters date, but if it makes it to the bedroom....just make sure to do it in a PRIVATE CHAT ROOM. Anyone caught breaking this rule will be punished based on a case by case judgment. The lowest form of punishment being a 24 hour ban and the highest being a FOREVER BAN.

KEEP SWEARING TO A MINIMUM

I’m not gonna sensor y’all completely just use some common sense when using some swears. Say em if ya want don’t if you don’t like it. Just don’t have every other word a swear please. If you can’t think of another adjective other than fucking you might want to look at a dictionary. That being said...

I don’t care who you are or what the situation was. DO NOT USE A SLURS!!!!!! Do not call people a n-word do not use the word f#got just don’t. In character or not. If you are caught saying these things or I am made aware of it you will not get a warning. It will be investigated and if its been proven to be true YOU WILL BE KICKED

Hidden of the coast of Glassmount is a small island named Arcane island. It used to be a popular place for tourist till a private school set up shop there. On the outside it looks like another fancy private school for the rich and fortunate. The students that go there know the truth. The school is for learning magic of all degrees! It’s a well kept secret but you MUST have an acceptance letter to get in

Welcome to Glassmount! A small town on the coast side with everything anyone could as for. There’s plenty of shops, a lush green park, great schools for the young ones and of course a board walk with sea side shopping center. Complete with a Ferry boat that takes you to Arcane Island. There is a private school there but your not allowed in without an acceptance letter
