Warming Herb, we will probably talk about these on a Wednesday
Last Saturday for "SaturnDay Herbs" we spoke about Herbs that would help improve Labido. Here are a few:
Damiana - Not only male, it is effective for women as well. It assists men to regain sexual prowess whereas it benefits women sexuality. Damiana provides a positive effect on libido due to which it enhances the flow of blood to genital regions. The research has been only made on laboratory rats which show that Damiana could effectively treat sexual dysfunction. Though a number of animal studies has been carried out still human studies should be made to recommend it as an aphrodisiac.
Maca - Maca Root benefits consist of increased fertility both in women and men, hormone balance, booster for the immune system, as well as elevated energy, stamina, enhanced sexual function, memory, and concentration.
Red Clover - This is a plant high in isoflavones, a type of phytoestrogen (aka plant estrogen) that is similar to female estrogen. Because of this, it’s often used to relieve menopausal symptoms or naturally boost libido.
Fenugreek is a plant that is cultivated worldwide and whose seeds are commonly used in South and Central Asian cuisine. The seeds also have roots in Ayurvedic medicine where they have been celebrated for their anti-inflammatory and libido-boosting effects. Some studies show the mighty herb positively influences sex hormones by increasing the activity of both testosterone and estrogen.
Nutmeg - Add some spice to your sex life by sprinkling some nutmeg in your coffee or cereal. Nutmeg imitates the effects of serotonin -- its scent allows for relaxation and its taste can elevate mood. Lack of sleep can also be a culprit responsible for low sex drive. Nutmeg can help your sleep cycle as well, as it is rich in the sleep-inducing amino acid tryptophan.
Kigelia Africana - Sexual complaints such as infertility, poor libido, sexual asthenia and impotence are treated with medicines containing the fruits, roots or leaves. A small amount of unripe fruit is chewed, or an aqueous preparation is taken orally as a sexual stimulant, and the intoxicating traditional beer to which they are added is drunk as an aphrodisiac. Excessive use of Kigelia africana to treat male sexual complaints is said to induce scrotal elephantiasis, although in some regions the fruits are used to remedy this condition.
#Carthamustinctorius false #saffron or #safflower is a popular #herb 🌿. . Safflower contains chemicals that may thin the blood to prevent clots, widen blood vessels, lower blood pressure, and stimulate the heart. https://www.instagram.com/p/CSGMmBWDgHW/?utm_medium=tumblr
bitter orange is a good source of: Fiber Calcium Phosphorous Vitamin A Thiamine Riboflavin . . Weight Management Bitter orange is commonly found in weight loss pills and capsules. It may be effective in helping with weight management when combined with diet and exercise, but further studies are needed to be sure of its effectiveness and safety. Helps Manage Low Blood Pressure The synephrine in bitter oranges can increase the heart rate and raise blood pressure. For people with low blood pressure or conditions like POTS, small amounts of bitter orange may help manage symptoms. However, the effects of bitter orange are still being studied and regulated. Ask your doctor before using bitter orange to help manage low blood pressure. Athlete's Foot Treatment. . Bitter orange doesn't just have to be eaten. The oil of bitter orange can be used topically to treat fungal infections like athlete's foot. Because bitter orange is relatively cheap, this can be helpful to people with fungal skin infections. . . CAUTIONS : Bitter orange is currently considered safe to eat and may offer some health benefits, but if you have high blood pressure or are at high risk of heart attack or stroke, you should ask your doctor before eating it. We are moving colors finally. 🤣 I got pretty stuck on red for a while but tis the season. The chakras of the human body also exist on #Earth! The planet’s sacral chakra is believed to be located at #LakeTiticaca in #Peru and Bolivia. The massive lake ranks in the 20 largest in the world, and it is divided almost perfectly in half by the Peruvian-#Bolivian border. As the sacral chakra’s #element is #water, it makes sense that a large body of freshwater would be the location of the earth’s sacral chakra. . . #sacralchakra #lawofcolor (at Lake Titicaca) https://www.instagram.com/p/CRRyf5rlU3F/?utm_medium=tumblr
