So yes, I did get me some furbabies. Two Yorkies, the bigger one (2lbs) is Samara (Sam). The little guy (1lb 4oz) is Dean. Yes, they are named for the characters from the Supernatural tv series, Sam and Dean. I am nerdy that way. I was going to go with the names of authors, but that sounded too pretentious, so I decided to be a geek instead of a nerd. So far I enjoy them, but I find myself yelling at them most times. Someone always has something in their mouth they shouldn't, and I have no idea where they got it. They also wake me up at 6 in the morning every morning, like clockwork, and they hit the floor running.
Now they are about 12 weeks, and growing... though Dean hasn't gained any weight. Sam put on a few ounces. I'm worried about Dean since already he is so small. He is supposed to be a small dog but I need him to get to 2lbs for his heartworm medication.
In other news, been steadily writing. Hopefully sometime this month I can get a few chapters posted for the people that have been asking me about it. Another of my old friends contacted me about helping him flesh out his webcomic. That sounds like fun. It's been a while since he and I collaborated and he is a phenomenal artist. He is doing some of my character drawings for me, and I will of course, post them here.
