“𝓘’ve read a bit of them… They don’t really have a decent selection in here. I mainly read them when I was still– well– outside the walls.” She said quietly, shaking her head from side to side faintly before placing her hands on her lap, intertwining her fingers together. “They’re popular vampire stories… Just make believe. Something that was based on Vlad Dracul. So, I know about how it originated… But still, you seem pretty normal. Vampires aren’t real.” A ping in her stomach made her previous statement seem a little redundant. “A-Are you sure that you don’t belong on this side of the hospital?” She asked, giving him a skeptical look. Believing that he was a creature of the night? Seemed a little ridiculous.
Jay tried not to laugh. “It’s true, the stories are based on Vlad, I haven’t personally met him though I do know somone that has. There’s a lot of truth in the stories.” He pointed out as he leaned back in his chair. “A lot of lies too.” he added after thinking for a moment.
“As I said earlier I probably belong on your side, but it doesn’t mean what I say isn’t true. You know things, you have seen things that do not belong to this world, you know it’s the truth yet you are called a liar, an insane person.” It sickened him the way people were treated in this day and age. “If you decide you want to believe my story and run away with a real life Dracula, let me know.”
