Vincent walked beside Lian as he led the way to the pet store, and he caught himself a little surprised by how close it was. How come he'd never noticed it before? Perhaps because he'd simply never had a reason to, until now. The cat sat perched in Vincent's arm, paws on his shoulder as it turned its head to look at the source of the bright lights.
He rose a brow when Lian held the door for him, but he nodded a thank you as he stepped forward and into the store. He hummed softly in thought as he looked around at the different aisle signs, nodding in agreement. "Toys and a bed are great ideas, laddie." He pointed toward the cat toy aisle, looking back to Lian. "Maybe we can let the little lad pick out some toys?"
The Irishman recalled the other having said goodbye, but was pleased he'd decided to stay and help search for supplies for the cat. The corners of his lips held the faintest smile as he looked at the other, grateful he had someone who seemed to know more than he did about caring for animals.
With a nod, Lian went ahead to the aforementioned aisle and examined the toys on offer. There was so much variety that it was a good idea on Vincent's part to let the cat decide for itself.
“I think something like this works better with a dog, but we can give it a try.” Smiling, he reached for a squeaky mouse and a small ball on a string.
Holding both items in front of the cat, he watched its reaction to the toys, its eyes widening with excitement. The squeaking sound caught its attention, but the ball also seemed very interesting.
“What do you think about buying both? One is a gift from you and one from me.”
Vincent let out a soft chuckle as the cat moved around in his arms to watch Lian, inspecting the toys that the other presented. He rose a brow when the cat seemed to perk up at the squeaking of the toy mouse, and a small smile graced Vinny's lips.
"I think that's a grand idea, lad." Vincent now moved to lean over, placing the cat on the floor. The Irishman took a feather teaser from the display, sitting beside the cat now and attempting to get the cat's attention with it.
Pretty quickly the cat's pupils dilated and it lowered itself into a pounce position, slowly wiggling its hips before pouncing on the red feathers. Vincent chuckled softly and looked up to Lian. "I think we'll have to get this one, too."

Vincent found himself alone in the bar, again. He wasn’t much of a people person, anyway. “The usual, lad,” he said to the bartender, giving him a wink. His dark green eyes surveyed the bar as he brushed his fingers through his luscious auburn locks, catching the eye of a girl across the way. He smirked and winked at her, causing her to quickly hide her smile and turn away in shyness.
Vinny chuckled softly to himself, nodding to the bartender as he dropped off his drink. “Thanks laddie.” It wasn’t much, just a simple old fashioned, the first of many for Vincent tonight.
“Tab open?” The bartender asks, though he really didn’t have to at this point. Vincent gave a half smile in answer. This was enough for the bartender, and he turned away to attend to someone else.
Fran wanted to relax and drink a ton after a long day before heading home, walking into the bar and sitting a chair apart beside the man who was already there. Tired, a little sick of people right now but alcohol was alcohol. Waving for the bartenders attention, short with his words. "Anything strong." Scotch, whiskey, what have you. Eyeing the man beside him, well dressed, casual, seemed like a flirt.
Once the glass was set before him, Fran was quick to focus on the drink. Downing it like a shot. "Another please." The intention was to get wasted. The guy beside him was a little irritating but most people were to him at this time. "Leave the bottle, I'll pay whatever it costs."
Vincent sat contently sipping on his old fashioned when he noticed the other sit a chair away from him. Tall, blonde, eyepatch, looked like he had a rough day. Vincent drummed his fingers on the bar as he observed the man down his drink, immediately asking for another, and then for the whole bottle.
He let out a chuckle, turning his attention to the blonde man now. "Long day, laddie?" He offered, wondering if the man might want to talk about it. His finger idly circled the top of his glass as Vincent shifted slightly in his seat to angle more toward the other.

It was a sunny afternoon with puffy clouds gliding across the sky. Pippa was walking along the sidewalk beside a chain link fence, gazing up at the treetops that bridged overhead in the distance. Her fingers lightly danced over the fence as she strolled along, no real destination in mind.
The sun shone brightly on her waist-length brown hair, casting an almost orange glow. Her sundress was dotted with wildflowers, loose and flowy while still holding its shape. She began to hum to herself, looking now to the cracks in the sidewalk. “Step on a crack…” she thought of the old rhyme every kid heard their caregivers say, and a small smile tugged the corners of her lips. She made a point to step over each crack.
Sitting on a bench facing the sidewalk as he waited for the bus only because he didn't have the energy to walk back to his apartment, Francis was quick to notice the girl walking by. She was pretty but most people were.
Taking out a box of cigarettes, tapping to get one out he noticed that she was intentionally avoiding the cracks. How old was this girl, she certainly wasn't a child. "Is there a reason you're avoiding the cracks?" Was she going with the children's rhyme? He recall hearing it here and there growing up. "Let me guess, you're full of wonder and whimsy.. or something like that."
Pippa's head perked up at the sound of someone's voice, turning to look in the direction of the sound. She offered a friendly smile, walking closer to the blonde man that sat at the bus stop. "Oh, I was just thinking of the 'step on a crack, break your mother's back' saying I used to hear as a child," she shrugged, giggling as she finally found herself close enough to the other.
Pippa was extending a hand toward the man for a handshake, a pretty smile on her plush pink lips. "I'm Pippa- oh," she trailed off, brows furrowing slightly at his last comment. Was he insulting her? She wasn't sure, so she shook away the thought. "I suppose so? I'm just out enjoying a walk, really."
Pepper spray? Not a bad idea... Maybe she'd start bringing some with her when next time she went to the club, especially if she went alone again. The brunette pulled her phone out of her pocket, setting it on the bar in front of her so the stranger could at least see she wasn't about to pepper spray him.
She inspected her glass again, giving it a small swirl as she finally noticed the change in color. It had gone from a pretty, plain lemonade to a pinkish purple color. Perhaps the specks she saw in the bottom of the glass were just pulp she hadn't noticed before. I really need to relax, she thought.
Pippa turned her attention back to the other in time to see him wave over the bartender for a couple of shots, and she seemed to relax a little. Maybe she just needed more to drink, her nerves were a little uneasy tonight. She gladly downed the shot, then finally offered a smile to the other. "Sorry about that. Thank you. I seem to be slightly on edge tonight."
Matthew watched her as she inspected the glass, which he hadn't touched at any point while sitting next to her. He was an asshole but not that much of an asshole, and he knew they existed. So it had been fun to tease her a little. And when he saw her down the shot without hesitation, he believed it had been sorely needed.
“Relax. We're here to have fun, aren't we? Me just as much as you.” With a grin on his lips, Matthew emptied his glass and pointed to the many bottles lined up behind the bartender.
“You need a few of those when you're nervous. It's like a fucking miracle cure.”
"Mm, fun..." Pippa repeated, eyeing the man out of the corner of her eye before shifting her gaze back to the bar. She studied the multitude of bottles, realizing that the man was right, and she could use some more to drink. Pippa nodded in agreement, delicately attempting to wave over the bartender.
When he approached her, she pointed to the bottles lined behind the man. "Would you bring me a bottle? Dealer's choice." She offered a shy smile at the bartender as he turned around to fetch it for her. Pippa turned toward Matthew now, tilting her head slightly. "Drink it with me?"

It was a dark, stormy night. The rain was falling outside, soaking everything and everyone in sight. Occasional thunder cracked overhead, the only hint of a storm that could be heard over the loud chatter of the bar patrons. The brunette walked in through the door, shaking the water from his locks as he wiped his feet on the mat.
Matty wasn't the type to use umbrellas; he usually didn't find himself stuck in storms like this. But tonight, he was soaked with rain, his black button up clinging to his skin. Brown hair stuck to his forehead, causing Matty to run his fingers through it in an attempt to push it back. He had little care for being soaked, his mind far from the present at the moment.
He made his way to the bar that was full of people, his choice of seating limited. Matty found himself beside a man, gesturing to the empty seat to the stranger's right. "Is this seat taken?"
Matty had been having a rough few days for no reason other than fate being a cruel mistress. He'd found himself reminiscing on past relationships, part of him deeply missing the mere feeling of having a companion. His heart weighed heavier with the feeling, especially when he came to the conclusion he might just be better off alone. After all, his relationships always turned to shit eventually.
With one hand wrapped around his glass, he looked up when he was suddenly addressed. He almost didn't hear him because of the crowds that had gathered in the bar, partly due to the miserable weather.
“Well, if there's no ghost sitting here, it's obviously free,” he joked in response and let the man sit down. When he noticed that he was soaked from head to toe, he raised an eyebrow.
“Fuck, you look like a drowned rat! More like a puppy that's been kicked out. Did your girlfriend leave you?”
Piety had never been his strong suit, but Matthew didn't care. People either loved him or hated him. The latter was more common.
Matty rose a brow as the other joked about a ghost in the chair but gratefully took the seat. He settled back into the chair and waved over the bartender, waiting for him to finish up with another patron.
He brushed his wet hair back, rain making his brown hair look black and he pulled down his sleeves. His shirt was fairly soaked, and he simply shook his head, thinking that of all the days he'd been down, now was just the perfect time to get soaked in a storm.
He looked over as the other started to talk to him, and he couldn't fight a small smile tugging at his lips at the comparisons the other made. "Yeah, well. Not quite. Shit's just been rough lately."
Alecia smiled as she spoke of being ready early, and she nodded in agreement. "Alright, 6 it is." She laughed happily, twirling a strand of her blonde hair between her fingers. "Hm..."
The blonde winked at Aya. "Bring some wine. If you're okay with drinking~" she purred, taking the other girl's hand into her own. She brought Aya's hand to her lips and pressed a soft kiss to her knuckles. "I'll see you in a few hours. I gotta go get some supplies. You'll see~" She smiled again; she had a nice smile, warm and inviting.
"I'll text you later." And with that, she was off. She went to a couple different stores, grabbing different picnic supplies. Eventually, 5:30 rolled around, and she sent Aya a text.
Text: I'm about 30 minutes out. See you soon, pretty girl.
Her phone vibrated just as she came out of the bathroom, her hair adorned with soft waves and dressed in a white summer dress. Since it was obviously not an event where she could dress up too fancy, she wore only light makeup, her lips painted a soft pink.
With a smile that grew wider as she read Alecia's text, Aya danced into the kitchen to grab the chilled wine from the refrigerator. It was summer, so she had chosen white wine to match her outfit.
With the wine in one hand and her purse in the other, she left her apartment and waited for Alecia to arrive.
“Hey, you like white wine, right? If not, we can stop somewhere and buy something else.” She hopped into the passenger seat, presenting the bottle to the woman.
Alecia had pulled up to Aya's apartment building in a shiny black convertible, her blonde hair tied back in a loose messy claw clip. She grinned when she saw Aya heading toward her, leaning over to open the passenger door for her.
"Ah, there's the most beautiful woman in the world," she cooed, offering a sweet smile to the other as she took her seat. "Like white wine? I love it! You're the best." Alecia giggled and reached over, resting her hand on Aya's mid-thigh, giving it a gentle squeeze. "You look gorgeous. Now buckle up," she said with a grin.
The blonde felt truly a little excited for this date, something she wasn't the most used to feeling. Usually her dates were strict business, not so much for pure enjoyment. But she had a feeling they were about to actually have quite a nice time, and Alecia was looking forward to it.
☽ = wandering alone at night. (bucky and pippa?)
The moon shone brightly overhead, stars dotting the sky in various sizes. Some were large, some were tiny specks of light. Pippa was pointing out toward the big dipper constellation that was a ways away overhead. "Look Bucky, it's the big dipper!" She wore a friendly smile as she looked at the other, before turning her attention back to the night sky to seek out more constellations.
Pippa had been out for a late-night walk, venturing out past familiar territory without a fear in the world. She loved finding new places to explore, and when she ran into Bucky, he'd decided to join her, much to Pippa's enjoyment. She was grateful to have a companion, even if she had only just met him.

Murdoch Nightingale was a half-drow living with his human foster sister in a pig farm that rested near the border of Sunray Province and the great Forest. He had violet skin, and white hair that he kept pulled back in a half-ponytail, striking blue eyes and a mole that was just under his left eye. He wasn't the tallest around but he made due.
He was also a void mage, someone who could manipulate darkness and shadows to do what he wished. However, this type of magic was illegal within Sunray Province. If he was caught using it, he'd most likely be executed on the spot. His sister made sure he was aware of that.
The issue is that she had to go into the capital, leaving him alone to fix a fence to stop their pigs from escaping. Since they were in the middle of nowhere, Murdoch used his magic to fix the fence for him. Dark tendrils moved planks of wood into place, while another hammered nails into the wood. All the whole that Murdoch was drinking a glass of juice as he watched.
Madeleine found herself in another forest, albeit this one unfamiliar to her. That didn't deter her, though. She wandered peacefully through the thick woods, fingers grazing over tree trunks as bare feet sunk into plush grass and wildflowers. She was a pretty girl, wavy blue hair falling about her shoulders as she turned her head to her right, eyeing a small clearing in the trees just ahead.
Madeleine was familiar with the plants that surrounded her, wildflowers blooming in her footsteps and moss growing along the tree trunks where her fingers trailed. She was oblivious to the earthly magic that flowed from her body, dismissing the blooming earth that followed her as mere luck. She hummed a sweet tune to herself as she made her way to the clearing, smiling as she watched a bunny perk up then dart away.
She finally arrived in the clearing, slowly spinning around to gaze at the trees surrounding her now. The grass was plush with wildflowers and brush, her bare feet sinking into the earth. The trees branched overhead to create a sweet canopy; here she felt safe, hidden from the cruelness of the world. Out of the corner of her eye, she caught a glimpse of a shadow moving through the trees. Her curiosity got the best of her, and she started to head through the trees once again, following the shadow that seemed to run from her.
The girl weaved her way through the trees, staying close to the trunks and brush to keep herself hidden in case whatever this was wasn't welcoming. She crouched down low when she reached the edge of the forest, a man coming into view. Madeleine hid behind a rather large tree trunk, her hands resting on it to keep herself steady as she peeked around it, taking in the sight of the violet skinned man and the shadows moving about.
Murdoch was being incredibly lazy using his magic to fix the fence. His sister and Uncle would be pissed if they knew how he was fixing the fence that penned in their pigs. Still he continued, his hands moved indifferent ways, and every so often he'd let out a low whistle as his shadows moved, holding the boards in the place as another hammered in the nails. It was fast, it was efficient, but it did nothing for Murdoch when it came to doing the Manuel labor.
Soon the work would be done, and the shadow would morph into that of a black snake with blue eyes. Murdoch would kneel down for a moment, placing his wrist to the ground, "good job, little lady." He stated, knowing that the snake before him was nothing more than a manifestation of his powers. Still, he treated it like a creature rather than just a part of his magic. The snake would move wrapping itself around Murdoch's wrist, before slowly sinking into the skin until it looked nothing more than a tattoo that he bore. It was strange, unlike most of the magic of this world.
Madeleine tilted her head in curiosity as she watched the man speak to the shadows, awed by the way it had taken the shape of a snake. Her fingers sunk into the moss-covered tree trunk as she leaned forward, attempting to get a better view. She was so focused on the man, watching the snake coil around his wrist and sinking into his skin that she didn't notice the tree root her foot was sliding under.
She attempted to take a step forward, but the root caught her foot and she slipped, falling forward and sliding down the hill that separated the forest from the farm. She squeaked in surprise, coming to land at the bottom of the hill in plain sight. Madeleine looked up at the man that surely saw her now, and proceeded to cover her face with her hands for a moment out of embarrassment.
She was completely unharmed, left with only grass stains on her cream-colored dress. Slowly, she stood, readjusting her brown corset and brushing down her dress. "Um... Hi... I was just gathering leaves and mushrooms," she trailed off, looking over her shoulder at the forest behind her. Madeleine turned back to the other, sheepishly pulling her arms behind her back. "I saw these shadows... And I thought they were really interesting... I'm sorry..." she trailed off again, feeling embarrassed and shy.
Murdoch frowned when he heard someone falling over, he turned to look. Even started to move to try and help her up, but would suddenly pause when she mentioned his shadows, "shit," he muttered to himself, tapping his foot for a moment, glancing between the house and the barn.
People weren't supposed to see his magic, and he had no idea who this girl was. She didn't exactly seem like a threat, but looks could be deceiving. Murdoch's family wasn't home and he was unsure of what to do. There was the fact that she didn't seem scared of his shadows, more intrigued. His hands were raised, almost defensively, like he was trying to decide whether or not to attack or run away. Very calmly he asked, "you live in those woods over there?"
Madeleine was gazing down at her dress, shyly trying to avoid eye contact and she made her hands busy brushing off the grass and dirt from her fall. She leant forward, brushing the dirt from her bare legs and feet as well. Finally, she stood back up, moving her hands to her blue hair and beginning to comb through it with her fingers, occasionally pulling out a twig.
Her gaze finally rose to observe the other, eyes widening slightly in concern at his body language. Did he think she's a threat? Madeleine raised her own hands defensively, trying to offer reassurance to the man. "I'm so sorry, I mean you no harm. I was just watching... My curiosity got the best of me, I assure you, that's all." She held a sincere expression on her face, only finally looking away when he asked if she lived in the woods behind her.
Madeleine shifted to look over her shoulder at the great forest from whence she came. Her hands moved back to her wavy blue locks and continued combing through it as she turned back to the man. "No, I... I live a few miles away. I was just out gathering..." she trailed off, looking back to the beautiful forest for a brief second. "There's so many mushrooms, special leaves, plants, berries... It's quite beautiful in there."
She paused, her body freezing just briefly before she turned and started looking around as if searching for something. She moved a few steps away before she seemed to have spotted it, determinedly walking a few feet away now. She bent down to collect her basket out of the thick brush, turning back toward Murdoch now. "See, here," she opened the top flap of her basket, revealing mushrooms, leaves, flowers, and a few berries.

~Accidental Love~
There were many things Madison disliked in this world, dare she say, hated? Well, maybe not that far, Madison couldn’t hate anything or anyone —except for her ex— but Monday mornings sure were teetering the fence of dislike & hate.
Passion for her career was an understatement, because she adored everything she did. But this particular Monday morning held an early morning 8am meeting that she couldn’t wait to end. After a sweet goodbye to her new client, Madison was hurrying out the door. The night before, she picked up the new keys to her new home. Today would be the first day of her new life (atleast that’s what she told herself).
So here she was, cursing the traffic & cursing her early morning meeting “Are you FUCKING KIDDING ME ???” She cried out, soft manicured hand banging against her steering wheel. It had only been a few months in this new town, & up until last night, she lived on the opposite end.
This was new territory for her. She didn’t know the streets. She didn’t know that traffic built up on the main road because a school a few blocks down started at precisely 08:04. She didn’t know about the shortcut right at the light before.
And…. She didn’t know her brand new home hadn’t quite populated into her GPS. One hand on the wheel, one hand clicking her phone screen aggressively had her huffing & puffing. “Address does not exist??” She read on the notification that flagged her phone.
“Ugh,” Madison shook her head in disbelief & looked up just in time—
“OH SHIT!”
The car infront of her had stopped, & she hadn’t reacted fast enough. Her little mini cooper screeched when the brakes engaged, but there wasn’t enough time or space between the impact.
It took a second for her to react. “Oh no… no no no.” Quickly she threw open her door almost forgetting there was a double lane. A loud honk made her jump & reminded her to somewhat consider her safety. She hurried to the driver infront of her & knocked on the window. “Oh my god, I’m so so sorry, are you okay???!”
This being her first accident, Madison was unaware of the ‘stay in your vehicle rule’.
Matty had spent some time narrowing down some choices for the movies; scary, comedy, romantic. He was continuing to flick through choices when his eyes were covered by cold, dainty hands, and he let out a chuckle. Matty's hands came to cover Madison's, pulling them down to his chest as he tilted his head back to look up at her. "I was hoping you'll stay for a movie?" he asked, pretty blue eyes blinking up at her.
He let out a chuckle as she shoved his head, watching her walk around to the front of the couch and sit down. "Wow, you look..." he trailed off, his gaze shifting up and down her body. It had been a while since he'd had a girl in his clothes... Granted Pippa sometimes wore his jacket, once in a blue moon borrowed some pajamas, but the last girl he was actually interested in was Malina, and boy was that a long time ago.
"You look really cute in my clothes," he finally finished, a cheesy grin coming to his lips. "I like it. You can have them." He chuckled as he finally looked away, shaking his head softly. He reached out a hand and rested it on her knee, glancing back at her when she questioned him. He rose a brow, grin turning to a smirk as he winked at her. "Find out for yourself, or risk never knowing."
Matty was pushing her, only reciprocating some of the intense flirting they'd been doing all day. He chuckled again, giving her knee a squeeze when the oven started beeping. "I'll get it," he said as he pushed himself up off the couch. Matty walked to the kitchen and opened the drawer beside the oven, grabbing the oven mitts before turning off the stove and taking out the brownies. He gave the air a solid sniff as he set them on the stovetop, moving to grab a knife to cut them into pieces. "They smell amazing. Care to do the honors?" He offered Madison the knife, leaning back against the counter as he watched her.
Madison chuckled, “atleast put up a fight for them.”
When he teased her rather than answering her question, Madison hummed. “You just want me to touch your cock don’t you?” She smirked turning back towards the tv.
Her eyes followed him the smell of brownies hitting her nose. He offered her the nice which had her pushing off the couch over to him. “Let me show you how a professional cuts it.” Madison gently sliced the brownies into four equal parts leaving them huge. Then she set the knife down & looked up at Matt waiting for approval, “I can do it small if you’d like?”
W/o asking she managed to find some plates for them. “Serve…. I’ll be on the couch waiting for you.” Causally she rubbed his waist & pulled away back to the couch. When she laid down a little yawn left her.
Was she tired? Was it late? Surely she could stay a bit longer. She blinked her eyes a few times trying to rid herself of the drowsiness.
He shrugged, a cheesy smile on his lips. "Why bother? Maybe I want you to have a way to think of me. Especially if I'm keeping your dress that's on my bedroom floor." Matty was mid swallow when she spoke of touching his cock, causing him to choke and cough in surprise. After a few seconds of coughing, he started laughing, shaking his head. "Got me choking on air," he teased.
Matty leant against the counter and watched her cut the brownies, raising a brow when she left them rather large. He chuckled and took the knife, cutting each large slice into four smaller ones. He plated two slices per plate before moving to the freezer. He pulled out a container of vanilla ice cream, looking over his shoulder at Madison. "Do you want ice cream?"
He scooped some onto his own brownies, grabbing two spoons from the drawer. Matty moved back to the fridge, grabbing two bottles of water and tucking them into the crook of his elbow. He definitely needed water; he'd lost count of how many shots of whisky he drank, and he was happy to give her some as well.
After finishing up their plates and returning the ice cream to the freezer, Matty finally followed Madison to the couch. He first handed her the plate, then grabbed one of the bottles of water from the crook of his elbow and handed it over.
"What kind of movie do you want to watch? I found comedy, scary, romantic... We can keep looking if none of these appeal to you." He finally plopped down on the couch beside her. Matty couldn't resist his own yawn, and he found himself rubbing his eyes. What time was it? Did it matter?
So mad would be keeping her dress huh? The sick part of her wondered if he would be smelling her dress & jacking off to it the same way she imagined she’d be smelling his clothes & touching herself. But she could reveal that…. “Well well well, look at you Matthew.” Saying his name in a sing song way w/ a cheeky grin, “you do have a little spice to you, now I’m starting to think you wanted me to take my dress off from the very beginning.” Clearly thrown off guard & blushing mid choke Madison snorted a laugh deciding that he had had enough teasing for the night.
She better stop before he coughs up a lung. Plus? Madison didn’t want to play all her best cards yet.
“No ice cream.” She insisted watching the way his arms looked when he stabbed into the frozen treat.
They made their way back to the couch & Madison had already finished a whole brownie by the time they sat. She was mid chew when he asked about the movie & swallowing when she noticed he was yawning. “Mmmm.” Her hand covered her mouth as she spoke, “you’re tired.”
Easily she shoved the brownie into her mouth in a forced one bite that should’ve been atleast two. She began shifting so she was leaning against the arm rest & when she finished that bite she looked back at the tv. “I don’t care, put on some cartoons. Finish your dessert then lay down. You won’t crush me, I promise.” Her small body squeezed into the back of the couch making room for him to lay on her.
“Or if you don’t wanna lay down like this, we can do it however you want.” She waited before yawning herself. Her small frame awaits his as she tried to imagine what it would feel like to be surrounded by him. His weight, his warmth, his muscle, his scent, god she was driving herself crazy just from looking at him.
Matty chuckled and shook his head, eyeing her from the corner of his eyes. "Perhaps I did," he joked, going along with it. He hummed in content as he sat down with the brownies, raising a brow as he watched Madison consume hers. He couldn't help but smile, glad she seemed to enjoy them.
He nodded as she acknowledged him being tired, and he finally took his first bite. He hummed softly, savoring the chocolate dessert. God, it was good. One of the perfect ends to a meal. With his free hand, he flicked on the comedy movie he'd filtered out, setting the remote down on the arm of the couch.
Matty rose a brow as he watched her scoot to the other end of the couch and cuddle back against it, offering him to come lay on her when he was done. He took only a minute to think about it, taking another bite of his warm brownie and cold ice cream. "Mm..." Matty took another bite, debating on whether to finish it or set it down so he could lay on her. He was pretty tired, and she looked so warm and inviting in his clothes...
But the dessert was so good. He couldn't help but finish it, trying to chew quickly but savor it at the same time. When he was finally done, he hummed in content, setting the bowl down on the end table to his left. He yawned again, looking back to Madison now. His eyes were heavy and he simply nodded, moving to lay between her legs with his head on her shoulder. "You smell nice," he said, a gentle smile on his lips. His gaze turned toward the tv. "I thought a comedy might be nice."

This being her first accident, Madison was unaware of the ‘stay in your vehicle rule’.
Matty rose a brow as she arched her back, tilting his head in admiration. He hummed softly as he took his seat beside her, taking a bite of his garlic bread and letting out a groan. "Fuck, that's good," he muttered. A moment passed and he let out a laugh, turning to look at Madison. "Sorry," he said, rubbing the back of his neck.
He hummed in content at her compliments, winking at her when she trailed off. He watched her pick at her food, and his free hand came to rest on her knee. "Is it okay?" He paused his eating to take another sip of his whisky, and he felt himself loosening up. He usually got a little loud and laughed a lot when he was drunk, and he felt it coming on quickly. Matty chuckled as he realized it was coming, enjoying himself.
He smiled at her when she thanked him, dimples dotting his cheeks as he gave her an acknowledging nod. "I'm happy to have you here, Madison." It was sincere, a glimmer in his eyes as he looked at her pretty face. She leant her head onto his shoulder, and he absent mindedly kissed the top of her head.
"Oh, I have a box of brownie mix we could make," he said with excitement bubbling within him. At this rate, he was sure to have fun and purposefully make a mess if she agreed to bake with him. He laughed when she spoke of how he looked a little too happy to drive. "Hey, I'm just enjoying myself." He was laughing, shaking his head as he took another bite of dinner.
Matty grinned at her when she gave his arm a soft squeeze and invited him over, nodding eagerly. "Open door policy, come over whenever you want!" The alcohol was showing proudly now, and Matty drummed his fingers against her knee while taking another bite.
Seeing Matt melt to the alcohol made her feel a little better about the night before. Albeit, her alcohol state is more tears & whine, his seemed more laughs & smiles. “Look at you.” She giggled cupping under his jaw so her thumb & middle finger w/ tucked into those dimples. “All smiles, I like it.”
“It’s great. Best I’ve ever had. And I splurge on Olive Garden every once in awhile.” The little kiss on her head widened her eyes, however she chalked it up to the alcohol tickling his brave nerves.
Brownies? Madison smiled, “I love brownies. God I haven’t had any in so long. I’d love to have some.”
Matt seemed rather excited for invitation & that was cute. “This is so funny.” She said softly & leaned her elbow on the counter to catch her chin & sip her wine. “I don’t think I’ve had anyone be so excited to spent time w/ you. You’ve been smiling all day.” Figuring because he was a bit tipsy he’d be more honest w/ her, she hummed, “mmmm can I ask why? Are you just naturally this sweet to everyone? Or are you really enjoying my company? Or…. Are you just being nice because you think I’ll let you fuck me?” Her eyes scanned over him, not that she wouldn’t consider it. He looked like he could be a lot of fun, & run a marathon… however, she knew deep down only one of them would leave satisfied & history showed it wouldn’t be her.
“I won’t be mad, you can be honest. I already gave you the open door policy. On account you bring some wine for us. Or… these brownies you speak of.”
Matty pursed his lips when she cupped his jaw, crossing his eyes to complete a silly face for her. He laughed and pulled his face away from her hand, only to take another bite of his food. Sometimes, when Matty got drunk, he'd lose himself to his thoughts while reminiscing about his past. He was thankful tonight didn't seem to be heading that way, and he could only chalk it up to good company.
He grinned when she complimented his food, and he looked over at her. "I learnt from an old friend, he was a professional chef. It's not nearly as good as his, but he did recommend spices and herbs that bring it to life, I think." He ran his fingers through his hair as he took another sip, humming to himself. Matty perked up again when she agreed to make brownies with him, and he hopped out of his seat and went into the pantry connected to the kitchen. He grabbed the box of brownie mix and set it on the bar just in front of their plates and glasses. "So I don't forget," he explained, taking his place beside her once again.
He couldn't help but feel a hot pink blush creeping its way up his neck, to his ears and cheeks as she called him out for being so excited in her company. He gave her a sheepish grin as she speculated reasons, until she asked if it was so he could try and fuck her. His grin faded to a frown and he looked at her, tilting his head slightly. "You are more than just your body, Madison." He was genuine, blue eyes taking her in as he continued. "I think you're pretty, but I simply enjoy spending time with you." Matty slowly rose his hand, bringing his index finger up and booped her on the nose. "Your presence is warm and welcoming."
His friends had wanted Matty to get out there and meet new people, and Matty had been trying without luck. But when Madison rear ended him, and he first saw her... Something in him just knew he'd found someone he'd enjoy spending time with, and he did. Matty turned back toward his plate and swirled some noodles onto his fork, bringing it to her lips with a hand cupped underneath. "Here, your turn," he said, his smile returning.
It was easy to see that Matt was just a sweet man. He was bubbly & quite happy w/ the little things & that was refreshing. Even w/o alcohol, he was decent company. So when he laughed for her & explained his secrets to the dish Madison found herself looking right at his lips.
“Mmmm I won’t let you forget.” She assured seeing him set the brownies aside & she felt herself teased by the face they had to be assembled first.
She nodded, “that’s very sweet of you to say.” He booped her nose & she this made her shake her head in a laugh. Then he offered to feed her & Madison felt her body itch in a way that she hadn’t felt for anyone before. Happily she took the bite & it was a mouthful. “Mmm,” her cheeks filling a bit as her hand came up to cover her mouth, “mmm it’s okay, my ex didn’t wanna fuck me either.” She chewed continuing on, “thank you for thinking my presence is warm & welcoming. That’s probably the nicest thing a man has said to me.”
She finished chewing & tilted her head a bit, “at least we can continue on & be on the same page you know?” She reached out & ran her fingers through his soft hair feeling more reassured this was just friendly actions & not some hidden agenda.
“My boss always said just cause you’re on a diet, doesn’t mean you can’t look at the menu.” And that’s certainly what would be getting her through the next few hours. And maybe when she got home, an ice cold shower. The longer she started at Matt, & basked in his rich personality, the more comfortable she felt & those comfortable thoughts were wondering many things about him. Things friends shouldn’t wonder about eachother.
“Do you want me to bake? Since you cooked dinner? I’ll let you lick the spoon.”
Matty grinned as she took the bite he'd offered, chuckling when she moved her hand to cover her mouth and her cheeks puffed slightly from the amount of food. Maybe he'd just have to feed her if he wanted to make sure she ate a proper amount. "Just being honest, mon cherie," he said with genuineness. His smile faltered when she spoke of her ex, his brows furrowing. "I didn't say I wouldn't want to. That's just not the motive for spending time with you."
He was bold, saying that aloud, and he knew it. But the alcohol kept him from feeling too embarrassed, aside from the light pink that dusted his cheeks. Matty closed his eyes as she ran her fingers through his hair, savoring the feeling. He practically leant into her touch, not having received such a gentle touch in quite some time.
He hummed in content as she pulled her hand away, and Matty sat back in his chair. He returned to his dinner, taking a few bites in silence before turning his attention back to Madison. "I'd like to bake together, if that's okay." His gaze fell on her as he studied her soft features, her silky hair, bright brown eyes, soft plush lips, a cute little nose... He found himself simply wanted to look at her, admire her as if she were a work of art.
His gaze slowly shifted to the side as he fell silent, his thoughts starting to circle back to his exes. Part of him wanted to tell Madison, tell her how mistreated he was, let her see his soul was scarred. But he didn't want to scare her away, and he was worried that opening up in such a way would make her change the way she looked at him. That was the last thing he wanted.
Through her chew she managed a little, “Oh.” That’s all she said. Her cheeks mimicked his & began turning pink. So what did that mean exactly? Did he find her attractive? Was she attractive? He had called her some rather lovely things, but beautiful didn’t always equal a hard dick. Trying to make light of the situation (more for herself than for him) she nudged him, “I guess… I would too.” She picked up her garlic bread tearing off a small piece to pop in her mouth. “But it’s not my motive either. Maybe if I had more experience or confidence. But…. Yeah.” She chewed continuing to avert her eyes from him.
Matt was definitely attractive. Not her usual type of blonde hair, attitude, ego, blue eyes —though he did have the eyes—. He was gentle, kind, romantic even & who would’ve thought that turned her on. Who would’ve thought she could even feel turned on.
The way he almost nuzzled into her touch was just about the cutest damn thing she had ever seen. He was like a puppy that wanted affection & she wanted to give it to him. So when he pulled away she frowned. “Mmmm okay if you insist, but next time, I want to cook for you. And do the baking.”
So far the evening was going great, but Madison could see the change In his eyes. First he was happy, then something shifted. She couldn’t quite place it, but she could see his mind going somewhere else. “Hey…” she cupped his face in both hands. “Where are you going?” She studied his features looking into his blue eyes wondering what was on his mind. Whatever it was, it looked as though it was taking his joy, “don’t do that…. Just stay here w/ me.”
Her thumbs rubbed up & down the stubble on his cheeks. “Whatever it is… worry about it tomorrow. Not tonight. Okay?”
What was w/ her? She was never this touchy.
“Eat, I’ll eat too. I really want those brownies.” She returned the boop to his nose before turning back to her food completely & taking another tiny bite. “Next time I’m cooking for us. Anything in particular you like?” When Matt hadn’t quite returned to her, she reached for his hand placing it on her mid thigh where the slit was. “Maaaaathew~” she called out to him trying to get his attention.
Matty hummed in response as she stated she would want to fuck him, simply leaving it there. He wasn't trying to get in her pants, at least not tonight, and he figured he'd leave it at that. He drummed his fingers absentmindedly against the bar as he took another bite, silently chewing his food.
He had to force himself to pull away from the hair playing- if he hadn't, he'd be a melted puddle in her lap for the remainder of the night. His lips curled into a small smile at the thought, and he laughed at himself internally. Matty felt a little ridiculous, being so touch deprived. He nodded in agreement, turning to look at her briefly. "Alright, next time you can treat me," he said cooly, offering a bit more of a smile.
He was still drifting away when she cupped his face, and he slowly blinked as he looked into her eyes. It took a moment, but he finally seemed to return to the present with her, a soft smile coming to rest on his lips. He hummed softly in content, leaning forward ever so slowly, eyes locked on hers. He thought about kissing her, his gaze shifting down to her lips only briefly before he dismissed the thought as being too much. Instead, he tilted his head until his forehead rested against hers, and he closed his eyes. "Okay, mon cherie," he said in agreement.
Matty's hand was guided to her thigh and he gave it a soft squeeze, opening his eyes and he was all smiles and joy once again. He turned back to his own food when she did, drumming his fingers on her thigh with one hand and taking a bite of his food with the other. "I'm actually really easy to cook for," he said with a chuckle. "I'm not very picky. Though these brownies are taunting me." He chuckled again, finally finishing up his food.
He sat there patiently waiting for Madison to finish eating, contently taking the last sip of his whisky. Perhaps that was enough for him tonight, and he'd switch to water after this. His fingers trailed up and down her thigh, from her knee to the top of the slit of her dress and back down again.
His little hum made her smile. Her hand dropped a bit to rub his thigh the way he had been doing to her all day. She didn’t bother starting low, she jumped straight in & placed her hand up almost in the deepest part of his inner thighs. She was just about an inch away from him.
That’s way she wasn’t too forward & lead him on. There was a slight rush on excitement having touched a man so close to his…
It was rather nice to be here like this. It was very domestic.
Dinner, drinks, playfulness, dessert. It wasn’t something she was used to but w/ Matt it felt so comfortable.
They ate in silence, but it wasn’t awkward. He touched her so gracefully & she occasionally touched up & down his arm. As dinner came to an end she insisted of taking the plates & washing them herself. “It’s the least I can do.” She’d say forcing him to stay seated as she pushed his shoulder down so he could stay in his bar stool.
Madison busied herself at the sink. And there she was, in one of her best dresses, washing dishes, her updo had a few strands of hair that had fallen out. Her hips were swaying softly to an unheard beat of music. And when the dishes were done & she dried her hands, she grabbed the brownie mix.
“Ready for these?” She grinned already opening the box & staring at the instructions. Matt said he wanted to do it together, but she was already trying to set everything up herself. She just didn’t know where any of his items were. So she opened a few cupboards. Pulled a few draws made some little ‘hmmm’ sounds.
Eventually they found themselves close again. This time baking & mixing ingredients. “Mmmmm smells so good!” She bumped her hip to the side hitting his, “I can do this for you, really.”
Matty cleared his throat when her hand came to rest so close to his... His chewing had paused for a moment, his mind swirling with excitement. Thoughts raced through his mind at a thousand miles per hour, until he cleared his throat again. Matty finally resumed chewing, finishing up his meal and clearing his mind of all dirty thoughts.
He had had a wonderful day, spending the majority of it with Madison. He wasn't used to spending so much time with one person, but he was grateful he had the chance to get to know her better. Something about her just drew him in, and it was almost second nature to just be with her now. He wondered if this feeling would last, or if she'd get bored of him eventually.
Matty rose a brow as she insisted on taking the dishes, knowing better than to try and argue with her about it. He simply smiled, stilling her hand when she reached for his plate. "You really don't have to. But thank you." He gave her hand a soft squeeze before letting it go, simply sitting back in his chair and watching her. She looked so pretty in her dress, her hair slowly starting to fall out of its style, her hips swaying...
He had found himself lost in thought about her, until she grabbed the brownie mix. He rose a brow and finally got up from his chair, moving beside her. Matty chuckled as she opened random cabinets and drawers, silently bending down beside her to grab the mixing bowl out of the cabinet to her right. He set it on the counter, letting her pour in the dry mix. He hummed as he turned to the fridge, grabbing the eggs and milk the recipe called for. "I like baking with you. I think it's cute," he said with another chuckle.
Before Matty could resist the impulse, he grabbed a dash of dry brownie mix. "You know what else is cute?" he said, flicking the mix at Madison's face. He let out a hearty laugh as it clung to her mouth, nose, and chin, falling onto her chest. "I couldn't resist," he said, laughing between words. He went to grab another pinch of the mix, intending to flick it at her again.
A loud gasp left Madison, her jaw dropped in fake insult. “MATTHEW!” She cried in a scold, but the smile tugging at her lips & the tone in her voice didn’t show a hint of true anger.
He reached for a second pinch & quickly Madison had to retaliate.
W/o thinking, she reached into the bowl grabbing a pinch of the chocolate mix, turning her hand over & blowing the dust into his face as if she was blowing him a kiss. Madison made the mistake of cornering herself between him & the counter, but excitement was taking over as she looked up at him.
“Don’t do it pretty boy.” She watched his hand hold the dust & hers ever so slowly began to hover over the mixing bowl ready for another attack. “I want these brownies. And I’m going to get them one way or another. Either you’re gonna bake them for me, or I’m gonna lick them off you.” She smirked & wiggled her brows.
There was a pause that allowed her to look down at her dress. “You are SO paying for the dry cleaners.”
Matty threw his head back and let out a hearty laugh as she yelled his name. He closed his eyes when she blew the mix at his face, coughing when some got in his mouth. "Mm," he said with a smirk as he opened his eyes again.
He laughed when she threatened to lick the mix off of him, and he looped his free arm around her, pulling her in as close as possible. Then, he took the pinch of brownie mix he'd been holding on to, and tossed it up in the air over their heads. "Look, it's snowing."
The man laughed again and released her from his grip, chuckling as he held up his hands defensively. "Okay, okay, I'm done. And I will absolutely pay for your dry cleaning." His gaze shifted from Madison to the brownie mix as he thought about doing it again, but he resisted the impulse this time.
He moved to grab one of the eggs, handing it to Madison before taking the other and cracking it open on the edge of the bowl. The egg fell in and he looked at her, waiting for the second egg. While he was waiting, he grabbed the milk and eyeballed the measurement as he poured a little in. "If you're good, I'll let you like the spoon," he chuckled.
Matt gave her a strong yank & when their bodies met she let out a soft little ‘ugh~’. Even she noticed it sounded very close to a breathy moan, but now was no time to be embarrassed!
“Oh my god.” She buried her face into his chest carefully not to get makeup on his white shirt. “You are gonna be in so much trouble mister.” She finally looked back up & shook her head disapprovingly .
When he resumed actually baking Madison was hesitating at first. Her brow cocked before she hesitantly reached for the second egg to crack. Madison pursed her pretty lips, “I’m always a good girl.” Most of the time. “Infact, I’m the best girl.” She began mixing lightly, watching the mix slowly come together. “If anything, I should be saying if you’re good, you can lick the spoon.”
She shook her head which accidentally loosened up a crumble of mix that had been caught up, & down the dust fell right into her cleavage. “God, I’m gonna have to change. This is gonna make me feel dirty & not in a good way.” She pouted trying to dust her boobs of the powder.
“I’m about to go shopping in your wardrobe cause it’s too cold to go outside.” She stuck her tongue out at him in a bratty way.
Matty rose a brow as she let out what sounded like a moan, and what a pretty sound it was. He almost didn't let go, a part of him wanted to explore and see what other sounds he could make her make. He chuckled when she threatened him, simply looking at her with a smirk on his lips. "Maybe I want to be in trouble."
He chuckled again when she defiantly stated she was always a good girl, and he tilted his head questioningly. "Are you now?" He watched her mix the ingredients together and he perked up as if an idea had just come into his mind. He turned away to the pantry, coming back with a bag of chocolate chips.
Matty hummed in content as he started adding them to the mix, purposefully adding more and more to see if and when she would stop him. He chuckled as she said she felt dirty, and he winked at her. "You could just leave your clothes on my bedroom floor." He paused for effect, following it with a laugh that showed he was joking.
Matty set down the chocolate chips and booped her nose, chuckling at himself as he set for his bedroom. He disappeared for a moment, coming back with a pair of dark green pajama pants, and a light brown t-shirt. "Here, mon cherie. You can go get cleaned up in the bathroom, I'll take over here," he said, setting the clothes down on the counter and moving to take the spoon from her hand.
“Well you are sure acting like it!” She huffed, hand coming up in a threatening manner, “I’m gonna spank you. Now be good or else.” Knowing her his chances of actually getting reprimanded were low…. But not zero.
Did he just question her? Did he doubt her????! “Yes I am Matthew!” Cheeks turning pink as she huffed & puffed. “I’m literally always so sweet & good!” She felt Matt’s presence disappear then return & watched him pour some chips in. Great idea & she was pleased at first. But then more & more poured into her perfect mix & she whined stomping her heel. “Oh you are gonna get it.” Her head whipped over her shoulder looking up at him, & she couldn’t help but bite her lip getting a whiff of his masculine scent.
Matt was definitely returning her effort of pushing boundaries & she loved that. Who knew a little flirting could make her feel so alive & bold? But before she could come up w/ a good come back he was walking off leaving her to mumble, “I’ll take my clothes off right here don’t tempt me.” While he was away she managed to finish the mix & pour the thick goo into a baking pan & toss it in the oven.
Matt returned & Madison saw he had clothes for her. “Clean up in the bathroom?” She questioned & shook her head, “thought you wanted my dress on your bedroom floor?” She took the clothes into her arms intending to leave things at that. However, Madison had to just stir the pot, so she turned around lifting some of the baby hairs off her back, “can you untie the knot at my neck?” Her hand w/ clothes held the front of her dress anticipating the fabric to fall once he undid the knot.
The tie loosened & she thought about dropping her dress accidentally, but figured that would be way too far.
“Thank you.” Madison turned around. “It’s a good thing you brought me pants.” Her hand reached out taking his, “cause…. Well”, his hand was guided toward the cutout at her waist & Madison allowed him to touch her soft skin. She was cold to touch, skin smooth & tender waiting for him to explore, “I’m not wearing any panties.” A wicked grin grew & her hand pushed his fingers into the cutout so he could feel her hip & a bit below proving there was no fabric there.
She was telling the truth: no panties, no bra.
His touch would linger for a moment too long before she drew his hand back & patted his chest. “I’ll be upstairs in your bedroom, leaving my clothes on your bedroom floor like you asked.” She began walking off letting her finger tips drag across his chest, “cause I’m a good girl.”
Madison walked a few steps before looking over her shoulder at Matt. “Don’t get too excited Matthew, the brownies are the only sweet thing you’ll be eating tonight~”. One wink & her heels carried her upstairs to his bedroom.
Matty felt a twitch in his pants as she guided his hand over her waist, hip, to the top of her thigh. He rose a brow at the lack of fabric, closing his eyes as his fingers danced over her soft skin. Her skin was so smooth, cool to the touch, his fingers so gentle as if he were stroking a feather.
She finally pulled his hand away and Matty opened his eyes, clearing his throat softly. He chuckled when she spoke of leaving her dress on his floor and being a good girl, running a hand through his hair as he gazed down at her. "You're going to drive me crazy, Madison."
His eyes widened slightly as she teased him about the sweet treats, and he briefly closed his eyes as he turned his head to the side, a grin growing on his lips. He chuckled and shook his head as she walked away, running his fingers through his hair again. He tilted his head back and let out a soft, frustrated groan. She may just be the death of him if she kept at it.
It had been a long time since he'd felt himself so attracted to someone, but he was enjoying the feeling. Their playful flirting banter left him with smiles and a twitch in his pants, and he liked it. He found himself wondering how far things might go if they kept going the rate they were now. Matty thought about her dress on his bedroom floor, and he hummed in content as he briefly readjusted himself.
Matty found his way to the living room and sat on the couch, turning on the tv. He began browsing for a movie to watch, hoping she'd agree to stay once she returned from getting changed.
