âThank you Darling, you really are gorgeous.â Eden smirked, curtsying dramatically for her servant, before proceeding to skip down the hallway.Â
âEsther, you look lovely. Evie you missed a couple strands.â She giggled to herself and continued on her way, leaving her sisters with a curious expression on their face.Â
âWhy are you so happy tonight?â Her oldest sister asked, looking over from her mirror.Â
âHow ever could I be anything else, theres a grand ball tonight!â
âYes, but.. you donât exactly like Papaâs big parties.âÂ
âOh donât I?â She asked, ever so smuggly.Â
âMust be off Darlings.â With that she picked up her skirts, fled down the hall, then jumped on the railing and slid all the way down.Â
An hour and a half later the party was in full bloom. Servants with mini appetizers were making their rounds, some were dancing, and a great number of guests were flirting. However, Eden was plotting. Or rather sulking at this very moment, but before that, she was plotting.Â
âEden!â Her father hissed in her ear, sit up, and for goodness sake stop drinking so much.â
Eden sighed, and scooted up in her chair. âIve only had one glass.â
Every party was the same, boring people, boring music, and boring men. They were all dressed in boring clothing, and bragging about their endowments or something of the like.Â
Her plans for escape werent exactly going as she liked, not after her father had seen her trying to slip out the front door with a stranger. No now she was sitting here beside him, under lock down sipping at her Champagne.Â
Her eyes scanned the room again, and finally came to rest on the bartender. She watched as he poured the drinks effortlessly, tossing the bottles in the air before catching and pouring. Oh dear, he would do for sure.Â
So she waited to catch his eye, and as soon as he looked over, she gave her flirtiest wink.Â

Another day another job at some fancy event heâd been hired to do. He still to this day never understood why he always got hired to do fancy events. He was always up front with the rich peopleâs assistants that approached him that he wouldnât wear a tux for the event and that he wouldnât cover up his tattoos. He was a good bartender, some may even say great, but the fact that he wouldnât fit in with the âhelpâ at these events made him think it would put him out of the possibility to do the jobs asked of him.Â
Nonetheless, there he was, pouring the drinks, flipping the bottles, flirting with the pretty young girls and getting flirted with by the older ladies who were bored of their husbands. He liked the job, he got to have fun with it and flirt and usually get a decent one night stand and help the ladies escape the harshness of a rich life.Â
He was already eyeing the girl who heâd be working his magic on and who heâd probably end up taking home at the end of the night and as his eyes were scanning the room to find her, his gaze landed on another girl who was eyeing him and who once saw he was looking at her, winked. He looked down with a chuckle and began drying a glass near him and shaking his head. Some women are so open with their flirting.  He thought to himself and looked up at the person who just arrived at the bar.Â
     âWhat can I getchaâ?âÂ
