Retried beer-can chicken! This whole chicken was 6 lb. so it took 2 hours long to get full grilled. Of course it was so good! ビア缶チキン再挑戦。前回は火の入りがイマイチであったが、原因は丸鶏のサイズが3キロと大きすぎたのと、火力が弱かったことと考察。今回はサイズに見合った植木鉢常滑9号を使い、ユニフレームの焚火台の代わりに普通のBBQグリルで炭の量と距離を縮めてみた。2時間で完了。切り分ける時の肉汁がスゴかった。 #bbq #beercanchicken #bessの家 #BESSライフ #ビアカンチキン #ビア缶チキン
