Isn’t this photo AMAAAAZING?! All that water is 100% real! (save for the extra blue coloring of course.) I took full advantage of beach access during AnimeNEXT this summer. I really, REALLY wanted to pay homage to John Rocco’s beautiful cover art for the PJO books and the cover of The Lightning Thief is my absolute favorite cover of anything ever. My photographer was totally on board for it and this is the result!
