Yes actually! Elizabeth has an older sister named Rachel. They’re 5 years apart and were best friends but unfortunately on her 10th birthday Rachel was diagnosed with Chronic Withering Disease (the same fictional genetic disease that kills Elizabeth later on) and she unfortunately passed away only 11 months later. And years later to honour her memory when Elizabeth found out she was pregnant with a baby girl she immediately decided she would name the baby Rachel
