When things are going well for a while, the heart begins to feel uneasy; as if this is not normal. Perhaps it's the fear of losing those perfect moments. Or maybe we're simply not used to it.

But, whatever it is,

it is a sadness that comes with the happiest moments.

I've come to realise that anything that takes on a central role in your life will suck the life out of you. Whatever it is, it will drain all of your assets, disrupt your peace of mind, absorb all of your energy, and cost you everything you have.

Sunsets remind me that no matter how bad the day goes, it's always going to end. The good days don't stay forever, and neither do the bad ones. And this brings me so much peace.

‎Sometimes the concept "دکھ باٹنے سے کم ہوتے ہیں" is partially wrong, some sorrows are better unspoken to anyone, some sorrows should be kept within oneself and should try to overcome by self instead of disclosing to anyone, because people can give nothing but sympathy.
