— binah ; library of ruina .
binah is a former resident of the city & the patron librarian for the floor of philosophy — though she was forced to serve as a sephirah for lobotomy corporation prior to this.
before that, she was an arbiter for the head.
an arbiter, as the name implies, is an agent employed by the head of the city to do away with anyone who encroaches on the rules they enforce ; quite literally capitalism's strongest soldiers thanks to some very normal genetic splicing.
most people in the city rarely, if ever, get to see an arbiter. or rather, they won't survive the encounter if they do.
her mission to take down carmen's lab was a failure, and thanks to ayin, she was made to work towards his seed of light project from within a robotic body. but now she's human again. sort of. don't think too hard about it.
she's a lot more relaxed than she used to be. binah has discovered a newfound pleasure in observing interesting people, and rarely acts on her repressed sadistic tendencies. she's really encapsulating the sephira she represents on the tree of life, and finds amusement in watching discourse unfold.
you are welcome to sit with her and enjoy a nice cup of ceylon tea so long as you can stomach some of the grim analogies and metaphors she shares.
binah is not one for making her thoughts easily understood, but she is ultimately unbiased. she does not favor good nor evil, having discarded her previous duty as an arbiter, and will welcome the company of both sides of the moral compass.
all in all she's a very perceptive woman with a high degree of intellect. though she may have been employed as a one-man army by the head, valued for her strength and ability to eliminate those who opposed their established order, she is nonetheless remarkably sharp-witted and dignified.
