JAMES IS IN NO MOOD FOR THIS - a wake up call he hadn’t asked for nor wanted. “I’m a very pissed off agent.” He replies somewhat irritably. When he realises who it is , his irritation only grows. “Do you not own a bloody phone?” JAMES LOWERS THE GUN ; there’s no threat , he throws himself into the nearest chair. “You really do have some interesting timing , do you plan on telling me why you’ve broken into my home? or am i suppose to guess?”

PERHAPS THEY’RE JUST ENJOYING MAKING HIM ANGRY .     the smirk hints at so as they lift themself up and sit down on the counter top. “it’s kind of fun just making you guess.” playing with him, even if he wasn’t participating, was just one of ace’s hobbies these days. eyebrows wiggle at him before a shrug, it’s clear he’s really in no mood and ace isn’t about to push that boundary too far. “and no, my phone is broken. i used it for, well, something that isn’t suggested by the manufacturer.” it’s in pieces on some highway but hey, it got the job done.

HE’D WOKEN TO THE SOUND OF SOMETHING IN THE APARTMENT BREAKING - he owns very little , it sounds like a photograph being knocked. James is up in seconds - gun in hand , rounding the corner and heading for the kitchen. “You have ten seconds to tell me who the bloody hell you are , or i’ll put a bullet in your back. Turn around.”

OH SHIT .     hands in the air, holding the broken frame in one as the other is empty. “i’ll buy you a new one.” they’d heard the click of the hammer on the gun, they know it’s loaded and aimed for them- at their back. “i thought you were some big important agent.” maybe not the best time for the quips but honestly they can’t help themself. “who else would dare break into your house and look this good doing it?” turning on their heel slowly, ace sets the now broken frame on the counter. “nice to see you too.”
