༴ She’s the cute love child of VFD Members Jacques and Olivia Snicket. Growing up she was sheltered and protected, practically her parents little girl her whole life. She was recruited by VFD at a young age by non other than her ‘GodMother’ Jacquelyn Scieszka. She passed her training rather quickly and instead of going to a traditional school (like Olivia wanted) she goes to a Private School for VFD Member Kids. Calliope tends to stay in her own world at most times and ordinary is unfocused when not on a mission of sorts. If you cant find her at VFD Headquarters, you will find her in the library. It’s a fair warning not to sneak up on her, she gets scared quite easily.

♡ It is something only her parents, Jacquelyn and the Baudelaires know the answer to. It comes in a form of a question and answer. Calliope uses it when she is intermediate danger.  ⠀⠀

Calliope moved her book down from in front of her face, eyebrow raised as she glanced across at the Baudelaire sibling. She brunette was a tad younger then the inventor, but it felt like they had known eachother forever and Calliope really enjoyed her company. The poetry book now laid upon her lap as she listened with curious ears.

“Is this because you like ( like ) Quigley or Duncan?”

       ‘   you  have  the  most  beautiful ,  THICK  hair .  ’      kit  runs  her  fingers  lovingly  through  her  niece’s  locks ,  careful  not  to  tug  too  hard  as  she  does  so .   ‘   i  would  say  you  should  thank  your  father  for  that ,  but  olivia’s  hair  is  just  as  beautiful .  ’   her  hands  stop  moving  for  a  brief  moment  as   she  asks :   ‘  what  would  you  like ?  a  braid ?   ’

Calliope giggles at the compliment, she has missed Kit and the moments they had were always worth it, always. The young child, tapped her fingers against the chapter book in her hand as she turned the page after a few moments. “Daddy thinks I get my hair from him, buts that's impossible because mommy's hair is so radiant.” she smiled even more as she flipped the page yet again. Hearing the question she turns her head for a moment to look at her aunt. “Like a braid that won't mess up for hours and hours?”

"On a scale if 1 to 10, How pissed would you and dad be if I told you I wasnt in school right now?" ( From Older Calliope )

Olivia sighed. “It would depend on what you were doing,” she replied. “School can’t teach you anything you can’t learn from our library. We just send you because we have to. Also, it would kind of depend on what class you were skipping as well.”

Calliope rolled her eyes as she kept her feet on the ground. Motioning for her backpack she slid it on and tightened it on so it wouldn't fall off. Her phone was still on speakerphone as she listened to her mother. She knew her parents story like the back of her hand. Something inside her was breaking, because lying was not a quality she used to have. Also, Calliope briefly remembered that she should not be driving, she had only had her permit. Oh god, she was definitely in trouble. Tapping her fingers against the handle she lets her eyes close.

"Sorry Mum," she said lightly.

Calliope was breathing lightly as she tried /not/ to imagine what her parents could possibly look at. "Right well --" her voice is cut off, and her hand hit the speakerphone button. She could not allow her parents to hear the conversation that was happening. Momentarily forgetting that her phone was there and her parents were still able to hear her. She slid it safely into her phone case that she had around her neck. She hummed as she chuckled.

"Just follow me back, it's almost the same .. unless Olaf needs you to clean his house again. We can always reschedule going back to the river and then Caligari Carnival. My Aunt Kit can read you your fortune. I'm sure she'll get a kick out of meeting you."

Turning the motorcycle on, she took a deep breath. Her Aunt Jacquelyn had taught her how to ride it before, and yet it was still dangerous. She wasnt supposed to ride it by herself, but she was not about to sit in the car again, not in the terrible heat. Sliding her sunglasses onto her face she noticed her screen still on, and the call she never ended.

"Oh my god." she murmured.

She was waiting for that, knew it was coming. Calliope was more than aware of how protective her parents were. Thats why VFD missions were strictly a 'no-go' unless she had an adult who had been a member for as long as well, the schism. "Oh hell no." She said outloud, an accident. She ment to say that in her head, before leaning forward and litterarly putting her hand on the steering wheel. "Mom....Mommy, Momma. You dont need to meet these friends. They are shy ... Nerdy people." she says biting her own tongue. Mouthing a 'sorry' she removes her hand from the wheel. Like she almost would've caused a car accident, but that was unlikely seeing they were in the middle of nowhere. Holding her hand out she took the motorycle keys and stepped out the car letting her boots dig into the dirt.

Leaning against the car she hesitated, whenever her father got involved that was never good. Like ever. She had never gotten grounded before and frankly she didnt want to learn about it either. Calliope breathed in before swinging her leg over the bike and leaned forward.

"Fine, I'm an hour out of town. I will be home in an hour tops, okay?"
