He didn’t even need to turn around to know, because he recognized the voice. It use to be his own voice so how would he not recognize it.

He turned to get a good look at The Other Doctor. His mind hadn’t exactly caught up with himself yet which is probably how he managed to forget where he parked the TARDIS, but if there could be a worse time for this to happen, it’d be now.

“Yes, exactly. Wrong - what?” What? Had he heard that right? Whoever this...older gentleman was, had he actually said that? “You know what a TARDIS is?” The Doctor somehow got the feeling he shouldn’t press the issue, which only made him want to do so more. “How? Who are you?”
