So...I know I kinda disappeared from here...sorry about that. I’ll be back around here as well as the whole pile of other blogs I have more often now. But I don’t feel like this blog got off the ground that much to begin with, so it’s gonna be sort of a clean start with it now. I’m going to be dropping all threads I had, but if we had something going and you’d like to continue it, just let me know and I’d be happy to!

“And do the visual records include a large chunk of metal on the side of his face?” A chuckle. “And he considered you his archenemies?”
“I admit that was...unexpected. But then, so are many of the Doctor’s foolish acts. Who are you, then?” he asked, flicking a switch on his panel to initiate a scan of the metal.
“That was a question for the Doctor. He’s not home at the moment.”
“You cannot deceive me. I have restored the Pathweb and the Daleks’ memories of you. The visual records are intact. You are the Doctor.”
She does NOT dignify his ‘apology’ with a response.
THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER PREPARED. But that point was MOOT now. Not for the first time in this body, Romana found herself at the mercy of the Daleks, and despite the coolness, despite the ruthless glint behind her gaze and self-satisfaction at taking a few of the BASTARDS out along the way during her capture, her hearts still pounded PAINFULLY in her ears. She had never imagined in all her lives that she would be face to face with the CREATOR, the mad scientist RESPONSIBLE for these HATEFUL monstrosities; a chill ran the length of her spine… Romana forced her jaw to set.
“I’m HONORED that you went to such trouble on my behalf, DAV — oh, my apologies, Dark Lord of Skaro now, isn’t it? Bit pretentious.” The Time Lady shifts against her bonds, “Now what ‘business’ do you have with me? I would appreciate a short, CONCISE answer where we skip the megalomaniac psycho babble.”
He bristled slightly at her attempts to insult him, but it would take more to anger him to the point of making a mistake. Such errors could not be allowed with such a valuable hostage. “Pretentious, perhaps, but a sufficient description. I do not require so many titles as ‘Holder of the Wisdom of Rassilon’ and so forth. I am grateful that you find the shortened version suitable enough to address you by.”
Sneering, Davros directed his gaze so that it locked with hers, slightly tapping a metal finger against the surface of his control panel. “I admit, I am surprised you feel the need to ask, my lady. This war between your people and my creations has barely begun, yet untold destruction is already spreading across the stars. No doubt the Time Lords are opposed to that which they believe is wrong. I have brought you here so that it may be prevented. Have the Time Lords surrender. Grant the Daleks victory before it is too late, and we shall establish a truce to ensure peace throughout the universe. I assure you, the alternative option will be far more devastating than you can possibly imagine.”

He had finally come. Here they were at last. The Oncoming Storm and the Creator of the Daleks, on the last day of the latter’s life. Davros sat and looked at his enemy, taking in his new features through the distorted blue display of his eye. “Colony Sarff, untie our guest’s hands.”
When his servant had obeyed, the Kaled scientist commanded him to leave. At last. One final encounter. A chance to bring the prophecy of Gallifrey to fruition...but not yet. He would enjoy this conversation, as he had so many others. And take great pleasure in having a Time Lord at his mercy. Keeping a neutral expression, he stared at the Doctor from over his hand as he rested his cheek on it. “You came, then.”
