Daily life
So, things have been busy here. I think my eating habits are worse than I wanted to admit, so it’s become an all-or-nothing stance. I can’t take a small snack, when I open a bag with something, I have to finish it. Food is what occupies my mind most of the day, these days. So I decided to talk about it with my therapist and we’re going to take a closer look at it. I hope this will help. I’m so done. I don’t want my life to revolve around food (what can I eat, how much can I eat without gaining (too much). I want to be able to live a healthy life, where I can take a snack in moderation, if I choose.
