What causes unhappiness? There are many factors to consider but one of the causes of unhappiness is unspoken assumption that is being tackle in this blog.
If we accept the fact that true, more enduring happiness just doesn’t appear in our lives by chance how can we make it happen? Can we really fill the 1,440 minutes we have in a day with eating tasty foods, having orgasms and other pleasant sensory experiences?
Everyone wants to be happy. Is it something we pursue directly? Can we just “follow the rainbow” to “the pot of gold”? Does it come from pleasant sensory experiences such as emptying our bowels and bladders, eating tasty food, or having sex?
