Hey guys, I think this is something that people do not understand in PvP so just wanted to make post quick. If you got questions ask me. In master league a pokemon with 100% iv will always be the best pokemon, same thing in raids. In great and ultra league though it is often not the case. You want pokemon with low attack IV ie. (0/15/15) this will allow the pokemon to reach higher level.
