@ofgraysonparker-blog
balodriskell:
It was a lovely day for a walk, something even her cat Purrsphone seemed to be agreeing with as Balo made her way to the park with the black feline on a leash. The cat however, was trying to explore less than ideal places at the moment. “We can’t go in there, baby.” She tells her cat as she goes in the direction of a building, the human following after her with full intentions of just picking the feline up and pulling her away when the door opens and she gets bumped into and drops the leash.
Balo’s balance isn’t a priority as she falls over in her attempt to get ahold on the cat again, a sigh of relief as the leash is safely back in her hand and she can glance over to the other person. “I’m okay, Purrsphone didn’t run off to explore.” There’s relief in tone as her cat comes over to check on her, rubbing against the blonde as she catches her breath. “Are you okay? I’m sorry! I would have moved out of the way if I saw you.” She explains, even if Grayson was the one who bumped into her, she still viewed it as her fault. “I got distracted trying to pick her back up. We’re going to the park. Is now a bad time to say that’s the cutest headband I have seen in my life? I love it!” The nervous rambling is already starting as she makes no move to get back up yet, her focus more on word vomiting and making things better than standing again.
Grayson was quick to offer a hand up if the other needed it, relief rushing through her as she noted that the other didn’t seem upset and that she wasn’t hurt. Her eyes drifted to the cat, and immediately her face lit up at the sight. She’d never seen a cat on a leash-- not in person anyway. Before she could say as much, the other woman cut her off, rambling enough to put Grayson herself to shame.
Still, she chuckled and a blush crept up her neck at the compliment. “Thanks!” She said as the other finally seemed to pause for a breath. “It’s for work.” She readjusted it self consciously on her head before she remembered the cat on a leash. The large grin was back as her eyes drifted down to the feline. “Your cat is so adorable! I’ve never seen a cat on a leash-- I tried to put a leash on my cat but she just goes limp, my ferret does better on a leash than she does.” She rambled, rivaling the stranger’s previous word vomit. “I’m Grayson by the way!”
nolandaron:
Nolan was about to open the door when it bursts open and a girl appeared out of nowhere “ oh gosh are you okay?” was the first thing that came out of his mouth as she squeaked and nearly tripped, ready to catch her but she seemed to do it herself before he could. “ no worries, its all good” he said and bent down to grab her stuff for her
Cheeks tinged pink as Grayson watched the handsome stranger lean down to pick up her bag. “I’m fine!” She assured, cringing internally at the way her voice seemed to squeak out like a frightened little field mouse. She cleared her throat and offered a thankful smile as she took her bag from his hands. “Thanks. I’m such a klutz sometimes. I’m so sorry.”
“The night we met I knew I needed you so...” Red converse slapped against the hard floor as their owner stopped mid walk to do a twirl, her voice carrying down the hallway of the apartment building as she sang. “And if I had the chance, I’d never let you go!” Grayson always got this way after a successful Sing-a-gram delivery. Not everyone accepted her deliveries with happiness. Her customers either loved them or hated them, regardless of the outcome, though-- the song always got stuck in her head after. “So won’t you say you love me, I’ll make you so proud of me--” She continued, smile bright as she pushed open the door to the outside, prepared to belt out the next lyrics only to barrel into someone.
Instead of the lyrics, she let out a surprised squeak as she nearly tripped, but somehow managed to steady her balance. The headband she was wearing that had two little antenna hearts springing from the top went askew on her head and her bag dropped to the ground. “Oh god! I’m so sorry!” She immediately apologized, cheeks tinging pink and nearly matching her ridiculous ‘love’ themed outfit. “Are you okay? I wasn’t paying attention.”
Is that HAILEE STEINFELD walking the corridors of Blackrock University? Oh no, it’s just GRAYSON PARKER, a TWENTY-TWO YEAR OLD, female student. She has been studying PSYCHOLOGY for 2 YEARS and she seems to be BUBBLY and KIND. Someone said she can also be NAIVE and AWKWARD.
