Rumple pulling Belle closer
RUMPLE:
Another child. It’s crossed his mind from time to time – of course it has. He’s lived longer than he would ever have thought possible, back in the days before his curse ( before his magic & immortality took hold of him ). It’s impossible that he wouldn’t, not ONCE in nearly three centuries, think of having another child.
For a time, he’d envisioned a life with Cora & the baby she’d promised him. The baby she’d promised & then snatched away when she abandoned him for the prince. He hasn’t told Belle about that. He doubts he ever will. What’s past is past – now, when he thinks of a child running around this house, it looks like Belle.
“I have,” he says, studying her curiously. He can’t tell if she’s asking out of merely her usual inquisitiveness, or if there’s something MORE in the question. “&… what about you, Belle? Have you thought of it?”
To be truthful, it had crossed her mind more than once, but the right moment to bring it up had never surfaced. It seemed like they were forever dancing about one another, trying to find the right time for things. A moments reprieve where they weren’t under constant threat by something known or unknown.
Yet now, with the curse passed...
“I--I have. More than once actually. And now might be a better time than ever, don’t you think?” A small smile tugged at her lips as she shifted to look at him, cocking her head to the side. “Finally start a family of our own.”
@rosedamned didn’t ask for this but I’m doing it anyway
She was quiet, thoughtful, seeming almost lost in the book before her but her mind was actually elsewhere. Considering everything that had gone on, that had been taken from them by the curse and her kidnapping, she wanted their life to finally start. “Have...have you ever considered having another child?” The with me was left unsaid, hanging in the air.

“You ever wonder how different things would have been?” Emma rested her arms on the railing of the docks, staring out at the water, eyes occasionally straying to where the Jolly Roger was docked. She wondered for a moment if Killian was below deck, resting. “If the curse hadn’t been cast, if I hadn’t been taken from you and mom...”
“Oh no, was it Fifty Shades of Grey? Belle, thats one of the few I’d actually suggest burning. You need to find the good literature.”
“Oh—oh no! I couldn’t even finish the first book, it was positively horrible and Christian Grey was the worst. How people can find him attractive, I do not know. I do have some taste, Emma.”
@cygnetasauveur
“Have you seen some of the books available in this world? Some of them are positively filthy. I think I turned ten shades of red reading some of them.”

“Well isn’t that adorable.”

“Do you honestly expect me to believe that?”

Me and Mr. Jones, we got a thing going on We both know that it’s wrong But it’s much too strong to let it go now
What are you supposed to do with all the love you have for somebody if that person is no longer there? What happens to all that leftover love? Do you suppress it? Do you ignore it? Are you supposed to give it to someone else?

He lit up her soul. He lit it up to glorious crimson flames. The fire went on and on, and burned. It burned ardently the soul that had been cold ice for way too long. But then came the hamartia. He failed at consistency, omitting to light the fire every now and then. So her soul would burn, and this time, burn hard from the stinging cold she wasn’t accustomed to anymore. He left her longing for the good old warm nights. He left her crippled soul with no other choice but hibernating.
