idk about how Impa would go about romancing her chicks, but imagine this: Tiny child Zelda says she wants to marry her knight when she gets older, and still says as much when tiny Impa says that will be her job as a grown up. Plot twist: It's been like 14 years and Zelda wants Impa to put a ring on it already. =T

Oh boy, do I have to tell you about @ofsheikah I’m not going to lie and say I’m no Impa whore especially when a rper gets her down. I can say now with my high standards, you’re doing pretty well with her. Tumblr is pretty scarce with Impa’s, a whole a lot of Zelda’s but no Impa to complete the bundle. I think the biggest bonus is how amusing it is to make fun of our muses “frienemy” situation at the moment, and Impa is pretty much, HW version, all fight, and no thinking. I think it’s going to be amusing and angsty when the thread continues

Despite the Princess’s weak attempt at naming a star on the spot during their little game, Impa pulled her arm closer && nudged her ribs gently.

She loved these moments alone with Her Highness;the quiet times when the Sheikah could forgetabout the soldiers she looked after, could let thebad things that typically haunted the farthest parts of her mind go and replace them with new, much kinder memories. These moments were reminders that Zelda was a home to her – a place to rest her head && feel normal again once the sounds of clashing metal and screaming finally  dissipated.

so! it is what it is. i’ve gotten a lot of followers on zelda by now ( i don’t even know how or why half of you are here but i am so grateful that you all are, honestly, i can’t even begin to tell you ) but i also have a thing about actually approaching people to throw ideas at them – namely, i am mostly terrible at it. so, i thought i might use this instead! so here it is, my permanent starter call. if you like this, you’re giving myself and zelda permission to tag you in starters, and maybe creep into your inbox for some ic interaction outside of memes! interactions can, and probably will, span the entire length of the canon and then some because of the many many universes i have, but if you’d like to restrict it to a specific game / place in the timeline, please feel free to message or im me and let me know!
