Imagine if Sam encountered a unicorn...
Sam held his breath, mesmerized. The unicorn stared straight back at him, its dark eyes pools of serenity. The long silver horn crowning its head shone and sparkled. The horse's coat, mane, and tail were white as snow.
Sam released his breath and slowly lowered his gun. The unicorn walked towards him. Before the young man knew it, the magical creature was standing right in front of him.
Sam set down his weapon. "Hi, fella," he said huskily. Carefully, he reached out and softly stroked the horse's neck. The unicorn turned towards him and whinnied faintly. A smile formed on Sam's lips. A deep dimple appeared on his cheek.
"Sam." Dean was standing a few feet away, still holding the Colt. "We don't know for sure what it might do. It may not be tame."
"It's harmless," his brother insisted in a hushed tone. "Look at it. It's immaculate."
The unicorn nudged Sam's cheek and sniffed his long silken hair. Dean had to admit that the duo made a cute picture. His brother's face was a wreath of dimples, and the horse was a lovely creature.
