“Does somebody want to tell me what the bloody hell has been going on?”
Freya had told Rebekah about opening up the school to the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted – but she hadn’t anticipated everything that would bring along with with it. The vampire had been off-the-grid for a couple of months, and returning to New Orleans was a last minute decision so she hadn’t had time to warn anyone of her imminant arrival. Nothing like a dramatic Mikaelson entrance to shake things up a bit.
“Something happened to Mystic Falls, the dead have risen, and you missed one hell of a Halloween party at your brother’s home.” Seeing her youngest daughter wasn’t a shock to the witch, not given the rest of the circumstances at play. Still, for just a moment, it warmed her heart to see Rebekah, a feeling she was sure would fade the instant she became as insolent as her brother. “In true Niklaus fashion, it ended in horrendous disaster and chaos.” Before the mood can shift, she offers “You look well, Rebekah.”
