Here’s my third free commission : Lila/Cerise, aka the most enigmatic character in the Miraculous lore. (Yeah here it is not a sketch even if the colors are pretty flats I had more time to draw 🫪)

I really love how obsessed she is with Marinette : it gives her this looming, unsettling sense of danger that’s getting closer and closer.

Hopefully they won’t drag this storyline out for too long, though, or we’ll end up with another Gabriel situation. Lila clearly has the potential to be an even better villain than he ever was! (I still love you Gabe, the writing did you dirty 😭)

Second Sketch! Let's make RAGATHA. (I wanted to add some color to this one, but I have absolutely zero stamina for drawing, so I never got around to rendering it lol.)

I really like Ragatha. She’s such a refreshing take on the whole "people pleaser" character archetype. And her backstory with her mom was genuinely unsettling. I have some headcanons about it, but sadly, I don’t think we’ll ever get to learn more about her! Overall, I really enjoyed TADC!

I recently saw someone use the 'saddest man alive to most beautiful woman you've ever met' meme format for Jax, and . . . listen.

I know that physical beauty does not imply anything about a person's worth.

I know that Jax is a trans woman, and that this is the Trans Woman Meme™.

I know that the people posting these things are probably just following a popular format, and likely do not specifically intend to make a direct comparison between Jax and the other women in TADC. They could even be children who don't know any better.

I know that this meme takes place in a hypothetical scenario in which Jax comes out and lives as a woman and probably all of her other glaring personality issues and behaviors go away because she accepts herself.

But it seriously PISSES ME OFF to see people call her the 'most beautiful woman' when she is a SERIAL WOMAN ABUSER. Her 2 REPEATED MAIN PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL ABUSE VICTIMS are women who have never done anything to her. Her recent 3rd emotional abuse victim is a woman who actively tries to help her. 2 of her other targets are/were (BECAUSE RIBBIT IS DEAD BECAUSE OF JAX) nonbinary, and were likely socialized as women. Jax does NOT get to be the 'most beautiful woman' when she has repeatedly beaten the ever-loving shit out of Gangle and Ragatha over and over and over again, in front of the audience's eyes, destroying their self-worth and taking advantage of the damage she herself has done to continue breaking them apart for her own entertainment.

You do NOT call an ABUSER more beautiful than her VICTIMS, goddamnit.

Jax hate women because he is a bad person. So just stop reinforcing those transphobic stéréotypes ! And before someone says, "But misogynistic women exist!" Yes, they do, and we don’t excuse misogyny just because the person is a woman. It’s not the same thing to have internalized self-hatred as it is to actively bully a marginalized group because of it. Stop trying to excuse this character under the guise of "analyzing" them. The way you frame your explanations clearly leans toward excusing their behavior, and you don't even have the intellectual honesty to admit it.

I saw too much people casually admiting they hurted women just to justify their fav behaviour. You should be ashamed of this behavior instead of treating it like some bizarre rite of passage! It is not normal and it is not link into someone sexual identity! You made the CHOICE to actively hurt other.

Putting aside the racist implications and cultural appropriation, taking a song a father wrote for his new born daughter and all the joy she represents, then making it about a 22 year old misogynistic character who has an habit of abusing women and feeling sorry for themselves is already gross on multiple levels. Regardless of how you feel about said character's gender identity. Jax isn't a baby who hasn't had the time to commit any wrongdoings in their life. They're an adult who's responsible for their own actions.

Actually beside the whole Jax thing, I did enjoyed the final. I am happy with the ending. Of course I would have like to know more about the whole brain-scanner thing, to get more context, to have some mystery's solving etc...but you know what? It make room for a lot of good fanwork!

I mean, TADC world is a good place to create, and harcdcore theorist can always turn their theories into fanfics! I would like to read them (on text or as comics !)
