Fun day at the gym after finishing up a 16 week block and deload. Saw a woman quit on an apparent PR attempt (her workout partner was filming). Her hips shot up each time. I was still putting on my sleeves and didn't warm up yet but I knew she could get it. I asked if I could provide two tips and she agreed. Quick session and she hit a 35 lb PR.
