“I remember when I first got to America and I because on neighbors, I would always say ‘Tea Time!’ and I would get everyone’s tea orders, make everybody a cup of tea and that would be like cast and crew. I never realized there was any separation. I was on American set and I said ‘Oh I guess it’s tea time! Who wants a cup of tea?’ And the crew members would not let me make them a cup of tea. They were like ‘No, no, no, no, I’ll get it. I’ll get it.’ I was like ‘I’m going to get one now. It doesn’t matter. I’ll go get one.’ They were like ‘No, no, no, absolutely not.’ And I was like ‘This is weird. This is not how it is back home.’”
