I started off the year reading a lot. Was barely watching tv and then I fell off hard in late April. Why’s it so hard to get back on the wagon? I binged an entire season of a tv show yesterday while my unread book pile just sits there looking at me 😭

I did 100 squats today.

4 sets of 25, each 25 was a diff kind of squat.

I'm sure by day 4 or 5 my legs will be down for the count, but I wonder if I will see a slight change while its over.

Pairing with some hip and glute exercises on the mat a couple times a week.

Probably not much of a change but we will see.
