ADHD advice from ADHD people: any time you're waiting for your food to microwave YOU HAVE TO WASH DISHES WASH AS MANY AS YOU CAN THIS IS A RACE AGAINST TIME THIS IS THE ONLY TIME THIS COULD HAPPEN
okay but for the longest time the only thing that got me to do anything was to bully the SHIT out of me. I mean that literally. I would be so mean to myself I'd give myself anxious diarrhea. And then when I worked on myself it stopped working and that's when I got help.
