Have you made the switch yet? There is a store that carries scented lotions in your local mall? Yoga & My Oils!!!!❤️

Tonight I took in an Elemental Chakra Yoga Class. Not gonna lie, the class intrigued me a bit & I thought to myself “What a great way to try out some oils for being still & relaxed.” I have a hard time with the whole stay & hold routine. I’m a mover. So my first choice was to use my Tranquil Roll-on,, rolled some behind my ears & at the base of my neck. My next oil of choice was Abundance on my neck. That oil is my go-to always. My last choice was some Gratitude on my lava bead bracelet. Well besides smelling great geuss what happened? I actually enjoyed the class & found it quite relaxing, maybe next week I will try something else but this was a great combo for me. ❤️ my oils #youngliving #essentialoils #excercise #relaxation
