i could use some help..

so hey guys, i’m in a bit of a financial pickle rn.. up until a few days ago, i was set to spend my summer on campus housing, but due to a mixup with class scheduling, i can’t sign up for summer session, which means i have less than a week to leave housing and find a new place to live if i want to be able to stay in this city and keep my job.

Hey everyone, if you’re interested in the western alchemical process then you will find these videos very interesting! Taylor Ellwood aka @teriel of Magical Experiments fame did a magical experiment in which he applied the 7 step alchemical transformation process directly to his life. It’s pretty intense work and as you’ll see in the videos it manifests results in a very real way.

I’ve always been interested in alchemy and found a deep meaning in its symbolism, and have wanted to go further with it but always found the esoteric nature of the source material daunting. Also, I wanted to have someone else to talk about the work with, ideally someone else who was doing the same work so we could discuss our shared experience. I figured it’d never happen! Where would I find the sort of mad scientist-occultist who would do that sort of thing? Tragically, I would go to the end of my days having never done cool alchemy with rad people.

Wrong! I am going to be doing cool alchemy with rad people! Taylor’s teaching a class on this thing starting later this month and I have signed up because I am up for this challenge and it’s work I’m ready to do. As he says in the last video, it’s a process that continues to change your life after the work is done, and with lasting change already coming up in my life I can see it being a great way to direct and control that change. I would love to have lots of cool classmates and while I’m sure lots of cool people are already signing up, I want cool tumblr people so we can share the best alchemy memes!
