Hey, friends!

There’s been a lack of poetry, and I’d like to apologize to y’all. My initial goal was to get at least one poem in every Friday, but I obviously have been strugglin’ to do so due to lack of inspiration and time, and I am truly sorry for that.

But I do have my submission box open and have the time to post your lovely poetry, if you’d like to share. Sonnets, haikus, or any bit of spontaneous poetry will be lovely! My ask box is also open so feel free to leave somethin’!

early in the morning, i wake to a beautiful light shining in my face the pulchritude that cannot be beat... ...dabadee doo da deet.

paul revere saved the people. from the british king who was evil. he rode around town on his trusty steed, and alarmed the land, the townsfolk in need. he’s the true hero of the revolution, the greatest american attribution.

im kind of upset that the best portmanteau of “dawn” and “ogie” is “dogie.” :/
