The way both Penelope and Luke introduce Kevin to Sam and Penelope to Lisa is so similar.

Penelope: "Uh, Sam, this is Kevin. We work together. Kevin, this is Sam."

Luke: "Lisa, this is Penelope Garcia. We work together at the BAU. Penelope, this is Lisa Douglas."

So, isn't weird that Luke introduces Penelope the same way Penelope introduces her ex-boyfriend? She probably should add the romantic past they shared... like Luke should add just a "my friend". They are friends (in a particular way) at that point.

But here the differences between Kevin reaction and Penelope's seeing their love person in a romantic context with another. Kevin is jealous, while Penelope is happy for Luke.
