Every time I hear Albert Brooks I picture Marlin from Finding Nemo. Kinda funny watching him play a bad guy in Drive.

WHAT IS YOUR EARLIEST HUMAN MEMORY?

I was 3 or 4 and still riding in a stroller. Me and Grandma at the park. I had on a yellow dress. I remember how nice the sunshine felt on my legs.

Shicken and Beer

I've lived in Oklahoma all of my life. I've never tried Eischen's chicken until today. The drive is half the experience. I'm pretty sure that missing the exit and getting stopped by the highway patrol added to the anticipation of "The Best Chicken in Oklahoma".  Luckily, we just got a warning and directions to the place. 

The chicken was tasty. I tore into it while it was still lava-hot, but that's what the ice cold beer is for. I couldn't help but wonder how much profit the place is making. They don't have dishes or real silverware. Their menu is super simple. Loved the food and chill atmosphere. I will definitely be going back.

Anxiety Attack

I have had really bad anxiety for the past two mornings. I'm taking my anti-anxiety meds and it's still not helping in the morning time. I wonder why I'm always more nervous in the AM? I read that it's your cortisol levels, and other theories. Still not sure. I did keep myself from having a full blown panic attack. There's that.

Gotta go--reality calls.

Truck Shoppin'

We have been looking for a truck/SUV since last week. Right now, we're at the point where it's a chore and not fun at all. I'm frustrated because I want my mini-van back and he's frustrated because he can't find anything. He has found a few cars, totally not suitable for him or our family. He's a big guy and he found a Prius in our price range. Uh no?!? Or a Honda Civic. Or the eighties truck with flames on the sides and a phantom grill. Back to my fun adventure...

I'm starting to get that baby itch. It's a bad one too. You would think I would learn by now, after having three bad apples. But I want another one, and just want to get started on it. Well, not that part, but the raising the kid up before I'm a senior citizen part. Just a thought.
