Attention, fans and friends - Radiant Northwest has a big announcement! Due to an unanticipated scheduling conflict on the behalf of the Bellevue Larkspur Landing (our original location), Radiant Northwest has decided to move our convention to the Larkspur Landing location in Renton, WA, as this will offer an overall better convention experience for not only our attendees, but also our guests and artists. All reservations made for hotel rooms at the Bellevue Larkspur Landing have been transferred to the Renton hotel and will reflect that location's Radiant Northwest exclusive rate of $169 per night for studio suites, and $185 per night for 1 bedroom suites. We wholeheartedly apologize for any inconvenience that this move may cause, but we assure our attendees that it is all with their best interests in mind. Because of this, Radiant Northwest will be offering its attendees who have already booked a hotel room an exclusive gift that will be available upon check-in at the Renton location. Thank you so much to everyone at the Renton Larkspur Landing for helping us organize this larger venue and creating an even better environment for the first year at Radiant Northwest. Always wanted a chance to make a cute Valentine's themed Tales of cosplay? How about fanart of your favorite cute couple? Or maybe you've wanted to write a short fic, or create a song that's centered around Tales of?

Here's your chance! Radiant Northwest is holding its first ever Valentine's Day Creativity Contest. That means basically exactly what it sounds like: We're accepting entries until February 13th at midnight of any of your favorite kind of media. After we receive everything, we'll host it on Valentine's Day on our Facebook page and give all of our fans and attendees a chance to vote. At this time, you'll be allowed to promote your work to your buddies!

Our winner will receive a full weekend pass to Radiant Northwest, on us! However, if we get lots of entries, we might offer multiple places and bigger prizes. More reason to spread the word and enter your amazing creation!

We only have a few rules:

1. Must obey copyright laws.*

2. Must be PG-13 -- No NSFW content

3. Entries must still follow the general Radiant Northwest rules and guidelines

Are you interested in volunteering for Radiant Northwest 2017?

We are accepting submissions for volunteers now! The rules and submission form are available on the 'volunteer' tab under 'registration,' or by clicking here!

Volunteers are expected to work at least 3 hours a day to qualify for their badges, but if you work at least 8 hours a day you can get a VIP badge. We take volunteers on a first-come first serve basis, so don't wait too long to send in a form!
