Seasons in vhs format coming out once every month would make actually so much sense with cokegate.

Our new coke is Tales from 85 since both were released on April 23.

We may not got an announcement of conformitygate and new epsiodes but we did get our classic coke back, in a way that makes way more sense that new episodes would.

Like think about it, what is more classic to Stranger Things, S1 that came out 10 years ago or new secret episodes we never saw?

Now if this vhs versions of Stranger Things seasons will be coming out one season every month it is perfect with cokegate.

One season per month would mean they would be released as follows:

July – S1

August – S2

September – S3

October – S4

November – S5

We also know that the second season of Tales from 85 is set to be released in October.

So, since Tales is coming in October, and IF the vhs will be released monthly, that means they will coexist.

I really get where people are coming from when they talk about how some fem Will headcanon can be problematic and stereotype, I really do. There are defenitly people who take it to far and make it weird. But at the same time the way some of you talk about this headcanons just feels like trying to be so woke you strat to sound homophobic.

No, headcanoning/seeing Will as fem and putting him into "feminine" clothes isn't "turning him into a woman", fem gay men exist and they aren't less of a man than the masc one. Headcanoning/seeing byler dynamice as femmasc isn't "turning byler in straight couple" and it's not heteronormative. Femmasc queer couples exist, it's a real dynamice and thete is nothing heteronormative about it.

Some of you just have such a weird reaction to any form of character fitting into some stereotypes (even when portration of them in media isn't harmful) that you would rather real people who DO fit this stereotypes to never see themselves on screen. And I am saying this from personal experience as a masc lesbian who have to see people act like lesbian representation being a fem is so good and celebrating it's not butch because lesbian being butch is stereotype. They completly ignore the fact masc/butch lesbians don't even have that much representation in media and act like you're the devil reincarnated for headcanoning even slightly masc as lesbian is the worst thing you could do for the queer community.

And don't get me started on how much I hate buff Byers. It piss me of on a such a personal level. From a very young age I heard "girls should like this" "girls should wear that" "girls should do make up" and all the other stuff to try to make me change me into "normal girl". It wasn't as insane to the point of abuse and bulling like for Will but this comments still made me feel like a piece of shit. So seeing character who strugle with something similar to me, be made by some part of the fandom to conform into what people expected from him to be is making me geniuly sad.

And if I can't like Will exploring his gnc side and wear a dress because "in canon he never did" (which no shit a closeted teen in a small conservative city that called him homophobic slurs for liking to draw didn't walk around in full drag) then you can't like buff Byers for the same reason, it's not canon and Stranger writers said straight up that he's not buff.

And finally, circling back to where I started (since I got sidetracked): if you hate fem-Will/masc-Mike because of "stereotypes" but then go and hype up fem-Mike/masc-Will, you’re simply a hypocrite. And not only that, but you actually prefer the version of that same dynamic where the canon gay GNC character conforms to norms, while the traits of that canon gay GNC character are assigned to a character who (so far) isn't even confirmed to be queer. (Again full shade)

Listen I know lawless byler brought some annoying unnecessary discussion to the fandom but I feel like some people are dramatic when it comes to how fandom changed and act as if everything in this fandom is about smut right now.

There are over 39,000 Byler fanfics on AO3. If you exclude all the smut tags like explicite sexual content, smut, eventual smut, top, bottom etc you will still have over 34,000 fanfictions. I can't even say you aren't looking hard enough to find fanfictions without smut because it's not even hard to find them in the first place

And it's not like the non smut fanfictions are old, they are still created. The only reason I can see people think they aren't there anymore is because they are only reading the most popular one.

And not to mention all the edits, fanarts, samus. There's still plenty of cute fluffy stuff in this fandom and they are not at all hard to find all you need is to want to actually find that.

And since Bychance is more popular and promoted, they have more clips to edit, and Byler fans have to settle for three-second clips that they slow down to 15 seconds, where Mike and Will share a sad look after each fan service moment of Will with Chance.

But Will and Mike were close during their training days, and there's a documentary about their group training and then debuting, so everyone knows that Will and Mike were best friends at some point.

People are starting to suspect it's Mike's, and more and more people are switching from the bychance bus to the byler bus, and they're starting to create theories that are dangerously close to the truth.

And then the company comes up with a cunning plan.

They come up with the idea that at the next awards show, these two groups will have a collab stage. And they perform and during Jane's ending fairy she walks up to Mike and kiss him on a cheak.

Like that was best kpop couple hard lunch ever. And it's revolutional since kpop idols aren't mostly allowed to be, even in straight, public relationships. So people are crazy over them.

There are still some few byler fans that are able to see that this shit sus as fuck that right after people were acusing company of not allowing Will and Mike to be publicly togheter, Mike is "hard lunching" relationship with a girl from grup from the same company.

One day, the boy group flies to Paris for a fashion show.

That night, Will and Mike, masked from head to toe, decide to go for a romantic stroll along the Seine. They do, holding hands.
