“Actually, ma'am, it’s just that you’re not allowed to use cellphones in the library.” She pointed at the object lit up on the table.

“Oh? Sorry.” She said, stuffing her phone into her back pocket. “Do you work here? I thought only old women worked in libraries.”

“Snappy little one, aren’t you? Don’t worry yourself, sweetheart. My gaze landed on you by accident.”

“Oh, really?” She said with a sly smirk. “Too bad. I was hoping for the tattoo.”

“No but, until I see some I.D I do see a blaring under 21 sign.”

“Really? I guess I need to get plastic surgery.”

“I recall specifically telling you I would drive that way because I was running late for a meeting.”

“Okay, okay...sorry about earlier. I promise I’ll avoid bitch mode this time.”

“Why are you staring at me like that? Has a tattoo of a 70 year old woman juggling while giving birth suddenly appeared on my forehead?”

“I’m tempted not to give you a ride, because the last time I did, all you did was bitch about.”

“I couldn’t help it. You drove like you were in a high-speed police chase.”

”I told myself I would go down to the shelter just to have a look but I ended up coming home with a dog. He’s quite cute, though, isn’t he?”
