Foggy hadn’t expected a damn billionaire to walk into the office that day and kinda hated that Matt wasn’t there for him to hide behind. He’d always been the better talker of the two of them… “Uhh, yessir! That’s me.” He said, taking the man’s hand and aiming for a firm grip. The moment the man continued though it was like a different Foggy took over. ‘Legal Trouble.’ He must have meant Roy and that meant Roy’s custody battle, the in-depth workings of which weren’t any of this guy’s business. It wouldn’t be the first time a relative who’d thought they knew better had wanted to muscle in (or muscle him and Matt out) and he was not gonna have it. Roy trusted him and he wasn’t gonna let the guy down. “My firm is, yes.” he nodded, voice much calmer now, “It’s been a understandably distressing time for Roy, he needs his family around him right now.” But they didn’t mean he needed them going to see his lawyer behind his back.
Oliver nodded, looking around for a moment. “That’s not what I’m here about, however,” he replied, looking back. “I want to know more about your firm.” Oliver blinked a couple of times, his hands clasped behind his back as his eyes flicked towards the chair a couple of times. By his stature and by the way he held himself, Oliver showed that he commanded the room. It didn’t matter if this was Foggy’s office, Oliver was now in charge and he was going to be calling the shots, no matter what. He controlled the conversation.
